Aurelia stared at Idina for a moment, before responding. "You... you can go ahead." Aurelia hadn't the slightest clue where this was going, and she wasn't quite sure if she wanted to. Multiple things about it through her off guard. Anyway, these kind of exercises weren't Aurelia's thing. They kinda creeped her out, and she wasn't too good at them either. She just felt ridiculous.

She wasn't so clueless that she couldn't pick up Aurelia's aversion to the exercise. "Alright, then," she decided. "And, if you prefer, you only need to do the breathing portion of what I am about to do. Truth be told, it might be my affinity with the forest that let's this help me. But, in any case..."
Idina fell silent and turned around, back to the tree's trunk. Her feet were firmly grounded; her hands resting against the bark of the tree. She dipped her chin downward and inhaled deeply, holding her breath as she closed her eyes, then exhaled slowly and held again. Her breaths, while they were deep, were quiet and concentrated; her entire torso seemed to expand with each breath, not just her chest. This was a tactic she had learned as a child, from the Kintu populace of her birth village. Their idea was that negative energy would drain from the body into the ground through the tree and one's feet. The blonde didn't know of any better relaxant short from tea.

Aurelia's facial expression changed from confusion, to shock, to a mixture of the two. She wasn't quite sure what to think, but, she did know that whatever Idina was doing, it was strange. However, out of courtesy, Aurelia attempted to not laugh while Idina was demonstrating her exercise. When she was done, Aurelia spoke up.
"Alright, well... No offence, but I'm not doing that." She said while giggling, her brows furrowed.

When she pushed off from the tree and opened her eyes, Idina placed her hands behind her back and looked up with mixed eagerness and, yes, a bit of dread as to how Aurelia might react. Sure enough, the lady was unwilling to try it. In fact, the blonde picked up some restraint from her companion... One corner of her mouth tugged into a smirk.
"Oddly, you are far from being the first person to say that," she admitted. "It seems only Kintu properly understand Nature's healing properties..." Looking over again, she could see Aurelia ready to burst. With a small sigh through her nose, the girl brought a hand up and twisted from the wrist, in a "come on" motion. "Out with it," she encouraged. "Go on, laugh." To try and help her motion, she looked the lady square in the face and attempted go grin from her smirk, which lead to a rather strange example of teeth-baring.

Aurelia decided there and then to have some fun with Idina. The moment Idina had told her to laugh, she deadpanned, and looked at Idina straight in the eyes with a stone cold expression. She bit her bottom lip just enough so that it wouldn't quiver, nor that it would show to Idina.
"Why should I laugh. It's not funny." She said with a stone cold face.

Idina paused for a moment in response to the lady's reaction, unsure of how to act herself. An idea crossed her mind, swift as a thunderbolt. With a quick half-laugh, she widened her eyes in mock understanding. "As I can tell!" she affirmed. "I apologize, Missus. You seem to have taken my demonstration very seriously!"
She strode once, twice, towards Aurelia as she spoke. There was still a little bit of distance between them now - a single step from either of them would close the gap - but now the blonde was closer, and would be able to make her point better. "Since you took such interest in my methods, I offer again: would you like to try it?"

Aurelia burst into laughter. She couldn't hold it in for much longer. After laughing for a few seconds, she stood tall yet again and spoke with a calm, reassuring voice. "My apologies, I actually thought it was quite ridiculous."
As the woman strode closer to her, Aurelia's eye brow position changed further and further, until she had one eye brow cocked high upon her face, and she donned a thin smirk too while she was at it.
Once the blonde had finished speaking, Aurelia replied calmly. "No, but thank you for the offer."

With a snicker and a shrug, she raised her eyebrows for a moment, in the sort of expression that says one just thought to themselves "What did I tell you?" "Not a problem," she assured. "You are not the first person to turn that down, which I find odd, but I am certain you would not." Though she had more words on her tongue, Idina held them back, and instead smiled up at the lady. "Regardless, are you feeling any better?"
