Melora slips away up the stairs, using Wulfric's entrance as a distraction. She wanted to check on Fallen and Ashen's room; she knew that no one had been in there since they left, but wanted to double check and make sure everything was in it's place. Knowing how Fallen was, Melora grabbed a spare blanket and left it folded on the bed, just in case; though she was fairly certain Ashen would be warmth enough for the goth of them. She had grabbed two mugs of tea on her way up, and she placed them next to the bed for the pair. With that done, she closed the door quietly and headed stealthily back down the stairs. "You both look like you could use some rest; you as well Crystal. Ashen and Fallen, your room should be just as you left it; no one has been in it since you left. And Crystal, we have plenty of spare rooms; i'm sure you would love a warm bed to sleep in."

Freyan was laying on his bed reading a book, it had been a relatively quiet day at the Scale, he was enjoying the rare peace and qui *KABOOM*, or he would have if not for Luxley. He sighed and looked at his door as he heard Wulfric yelling and running down the stairs, should he get up? It wasn't as if this was the first time Luxley had caused an explosion, this week, or this large. *KABOOM* A few books fell off the shelves "Gods damn you Luxley" he growled as he sat up and saved his place in his book. Picking the books up he placed them back on the shelves and then walked to the door. He should check on Luxley just to make sure he wasn't dead, or had lost an arm again. He made his way to Luxley's room to find the door open. Poking his head in, a risky thing to do at the best of times. He saw a hole in the wall as tall as him of which rain was now coming in through, several smoking piles which by the look of them had once been a desk, bookcase, and a bed. "hes done worse" he muttered surveying the damaged lab. Clear Luxley had managed to contain this weeks disaster, so Freyan decided to make his way for the kitchen for some tea. As he exited Luxley's lab he saw Melora carefully close the door to Ashen and Fallen's room, and hurry down the stairs. He froze. "What on earth is she doing in their room!?!" he waited for her to reach the bottom of the staircase before he went after her. As he reached the bottom he saw a flash of Lavender hair. "Ashen?"

He watches everything and everyone from the last step of the stairs.
Wulfric runs down the stairs, dropping his axes as soon as he touches the floor and drops to his knee infront of ashen. Freyan comes down the stairs, surprised by the sight of Ashen
Luxley looks at the old wolf and then looks at the old man. "Guys calm yourselves. She's alive." He rubs his shoulder. Fallen and Ashen feel so bleak, as if they old ways of being was gone. Who is this "Crystal" anyways.
His eyes shifted back to crystal. "Hey Crystal, you like buildings and architecture? Come with me to the basement and have a look around. I need to grab some new equipment for my lab." He says as he gestures towards the stairs down.

Crystal bowed to melora, "thank you! i can do my best with keeping the health of this house at its peek! anything i can do to help!" Crystal's human ears nearly twitched in excitement to hear luxley's offer. "There is a Basement?! Show me please mister rabbit." as Crystal looked around for the possible stairs.
Letting out a frustrated sigh through her nose, Ashen ran her hand threw her hair. lavender locks moving away from her face relieving her covered eye even more.
"Hello Wulfric, Freyan. nice to see you, again." Ashen was already at her limit. it was too long where she had been around people, not only that but the shin-anagrams of her family. 'im so done...to many people...to many explosions...to many people...to many...people' As Ashen looked around she couldnt help but let a small almost silent growl grow from her throat.
She wanted to get fallen safe, warm, fed and resting. She was becoming aggregated, and angry at every flicker of light and sound. her mask beginning to break as she looked back at the stairs her son fell down. looking back at fallen, she made it a point of softening her features and putting on her mask even more. he was flinching at the slightest thing, she didnt want her to be a reason for it. He had flinched every now and agian with her. Every time he did her heart would shatter agian and agian.
"Fallen..." she spoke softly, hiding her irritation easily. "Do you want to go to our old room? or stay here a bit longer? you need to tell me if youll be able to move now or in a little while, i will wait for you and dont move for my sake."
raising her hand slowly, letting him see her hand she rested it on his cheek. "im here for you, take as much time as you need, there will be nothing i wont endure."

Tired eyes watched Ashen from under the long white hair. He could see that she was unsettled and uneasy, probably just as much as he was. But it was more than that. It was always complicated when it came to her and her family. He couldn't imagine exactly what was going through her head. What was clear was that she needed a break as much as he did.
Somewhere deep within him he was kind of glad that she was getting most of the attention. After all this was her family. He wasn't sure how he would handle questions directed at him. What had happened...where he'd been....
"I need sleep mostly." He raised his gaze to meet hers. "You do as well." She'd been running herself into the ground for his sake. He only hoped that now she was home she'd let her family do some of the work. He hoped she'd allow them to help.

Freyan marched forward moving past Melora and Wulfric. As he approached Ashen and Fallen, he looked them over and saw that were just...tired, Fallen's usual stoic facade was gone and he looked pale, which for a Drow was an accomplishment. And even facing away from him he saw how Ashen's shoulders sagged, like an old roof after a storm.
"I need sleep mostly" Fallen said, "You do as well" he said to Ashen.
"I can't imagine what they've been through that they could end up like this" Freyan thought, placing his hand on Ashen's shoulder. "He's right, you both look like you could sleep for weeks, besides it gives us time to prepare a proper Welcome for you both" he said trying to sound enthusiastic.
As he laid his hand on Ashen's shoulder he suddenly noticed how warm she was, very warm in fact.... Almost Hot! He pulled his hand away in shock rather than pain. "Wow.... your... very warm, did you run the whole way here?" he said jokingly, trying to hide his shock and fear.

Hearing the tone in Ashen's voice and picking up her sent on in the air, she was not the same person as he remembers before his death. Standing up and looking over to Fallen "Hail there friend your not looking so good?" putting his twin axes back in to his hangers placed on his back "Need a hand carrying him up to your room?" taking note of the injury's on Ashen.

Ashen gaze darted to the hand now touching her shoulder, her first instinct was to snap it off. however she kept repeating to herself that these people were not to be attacked; not even by her. she had returned to the struggle she was at before with her mother. constantly wanting to attack, maim, and rip apart anyone who came near her, this time...her mother wasn't around to be her 'safety blanket', it was fallen now. he could order her to do anything, and she would do so. thanks to her mother, she imprinted on the first thing she could trust after a traumatic event, and fallen happened to fall in that category.
"no..and you are observant, i have rarely slept sense i left..." her one eyed gaze moved up Freyans arm to look Freyan in the eye. "i made a deal with a fire devil to get to Rosynwood, to give me power...enough to wipe out a small village, which was exactly what i did. my body is consistently in pain due to having an angel and demon inside, however removing it now would mean my... termination." Moving her gaze forward she finished her explanation. "the flames heat up the more emotion i fight back, or simply have. the more irritation, anger, frustration i feel and conceal the hotter i get. i wont burn things i don't desire to burn however, i do still become rather warm."
she looked back up to freyan, "is there a problem with what i HAD to do to save him?"
As Wulfric stood, her attention darted to him as she rose to her feet. her stance was territorial, no one but crystal and herself had even dared to touch fallen. the thought of assistance was foreign, as rage began to spike the flames of the bonfire began to grow also. she wanted to yell, now they wanted to assist her? after all the dirty work was done?!
slowly, Ashen closed her eyes, breathing in and out calming herself as the bonfire behind her grew to normal. slowly she looked at Wulfric. "Fallen will give you permission to aid him if he desires it, however i am able to care for him...i have for the past few months. my wounds will heal, and nothing is grave, its mostly fatigue."
offering her hand, or rather anything fallen needed to get to his feet again, Ashen readied herself to aid fallen to walk, the thought of getting away from everyone was something that appealed to her greatly. putting fallen somewhere safe for the first time in...sense he was taken sounded like a god send.

"No. I'll be fine." He spoke to Wulfric, his voice a quite rasp. What he really wanted to say was don't touch me but he knew how it would sound. Taking Ashen's hand, he hoisted himself to his feet. He had regained a lot of his strength in the weeks since their escape from Rosynwood. It was just the hours of stress on the road that had worn him down and tired him out. He could walk on his own for the most art now, despite all of Ashen's worries.
Ashen was probably in worse shape than he was in the grander scheme. Other than his hands, his thin frame, and the constant ache of partially healed injuries, he was otherwise ok... Or maybe he had just grown used to being injured so it only felt that way.
"I can walk on my own." Crossing his arms over his thin chest he took a step towards the stairs, waiting for Ashen to follow.

Feeding off the Rage in the room and watching the flames grow he makes a bold move "The Ashen I knew before I died would have trusted me I watched from the High Heavens when I was stent to Sovengard trying to defend you. I saw a chance to ask for forgiveness when the one they called Ice Seer died and Lady Raffaella gave him life again but I took over so I could say my goodbyes not knowing I would come back or not and to tell you and the Monk I am sorry for failing you. Now that I am back I mean to make up for it ten fold whatever trouble you two gotten into I would have fallowed you into Oblivion and I still would " He shouted then hearing Fallen he calms a little then looks back over to Ashen "I would die before hurting either of you, so don't be surprised if you see a werewolf sleeping at your door " turning to head to the kitchen "Gods I need a drink" he says in a more frustrated tone

her somewhat Relaxed Diameter changed when Wulfric began to shout. Within a second her eyes flickered to Fallen, who flinched to the loud noises in the room. Rage reignited, she stormed over to wulfric; ripping off her own mask and showing her once emotionless expression now nothing but anger. Ashen got right up in Wulfrics face before he could get to the kitchen, leaving nothing but maybe two inchs between there noses. "your here to make up for dieing? is that it?! this is how to make up to me?" Ashen growled, her voice raised but not a shout.
"You want to Yell at me PUP! you want to pick a fight? FINE! Where were you ALL when Fallen was taken? Walk in the dark but never alone USED to mean something! you want to make it back to me ten fold? DONT! Just becasue i went through hell doesnt mean shit! i have been going through hell scene im birth. every day that i breath is hell, every moment i fight to survive is HELL. and THAT!-" Ashen stopped in her rant, pointing to Fallen but keeping her eye locked with wulfric's. "THAT is the ONLY reason i go through with it. Jay and Luxley know all i could teach them, before they where mine! its impossible to fill a cup that was already full. Fallen Saved me from wanting to Die, to give up and where were ANY OF YOU WHEN HE WAS TAKEN, YOU LEFT HIM ALONE IN THE DARK!" Unable to hold back her anger at the end, she took a step back giving herself some space between them.
her anger was winning, it wasn't wulfrics Fault...if she never fought with Fallen, if she didn't take Aeralynn out hunting, to ask a human the customs of marriage and to get rings from her....Fallen would have never been taken...it was really her fault.
letting her gaze fall to the floor, her fatigue hit her hard. "...sorry." She muttered, turning on her hell she walked to fallen. keeping her eyes to the ground, she stopped in front of him. "sorry for yelling..."
she stood there waiting for Fallen to be ready to go up the stairs, not knowing if he needed to use her for a support. raising her one hand she rubbed the sleep from her eyes. her body began to feel heavy, she had forgotten how taxing it was to keep everything in. something she will have to get used to. "lets go" Ashens words where very quite, if fallen wasnt beside her, he might not have heard her at all.

Flinching away at the angry words, Fallen regained his composure quickly. He wanted to argue the mans points but he couldn't seem to form any words. It didn't seem that he had to as Ashen herself began in on him. "Ashen..." He tried to cut her off and calm her anger but his quiet voice was lost to her angry one. Finally when she calmed down and made it to his side, he place a bandage wrapped hand on her arm. "I know that it's hard." He whispered to her. "But please...don't push your family away...not because of this...not because of me." Wulfrics words were uncalled for. But it was clear that she was angry at more than him.
He turned a tired and disapproving eye on the wearwolf before speaking in a rasp. "You...You have no right to be angry. You don't know what happened and don't presume to understand what you can't." He paused, his voice becoming even quieter than it had been. "You managed to come back unharmed from death. Not all of us have it so easy."
Leaving the words hanging in the air, he turned away and keeping a weak hand on Ashen's arm started up the stairs.

NOt letting fallens weak grip on her arm loosen, Ashen Walked close to him as they got up the stairs. not daring to raise her gaze higher then Fallens knee.
there was still a spark of the old her, the one everyone knew; a small portion of her that had clung on as her assassin self once did. She was worried she had upset Fallen, remembering that the whole thing was her fault, she lost ability to talk for a moment. She didnt want to push anyone away, there was just so much that happened, so much unexplained, how was one suppose to just walk in and pretend you where alright, that nothing was changed...even with someone yelling at you this was an impossible feat; especially for her.
'come now, are you really going to let that spark die?' cinder taunted. Ashen just silenced him and continued walking down the hall as they got upstairs. when they stopped, Ashen moved her gaze, however keeping her head down. she jumped slightly, it was almost as if they had teleported due to her lose in steps. 'this is...' she dared to look up more. 'my...our door..to our room...we really are home, arnt we?' she asked herself reaching hesitantly to the door; letting her finger tips feel the rough wood until it reached the metal of the handle. slowly she turned the handle, letting the door swing open with an annoying creak.
watching the door, Ashen let her eyes scan the room. carefully and gently grabbing fallens hand she took a few steps inside, it was slightly musty, a thin layer of dusted rested on everything inn the room with the exception of a fresh blanket at the end of the bed, and 2 steaming mugs of tea. Ashen walked over to the window after she let go of fallens hand and opened it, the smell was getting to her. turning her head she saw the fire place in there room still had wood inside it, moving to it she opened the latch, and with the flick of her wrist the fire was lite. starting in a violet hue only to return to a normal flame.
letting the light bleed into the room, Ashen turned to her last chore, the bed. seeing hot teas on there night stands she wondered if the herbs in her room where still good enough to use. she smirked as she caught a whiff of Melora's scent from the blanket at the end of her bed that had no dust. "taught you well" Ashen muttered, her smirk remaining.
Ashen moved the blanket, wanting to put fresh furs on the bed. she went to grab the other objects in the way of her task. she paused before grabbing them. freezing in shock before her fingers could touch the object.
A bag, stitched to look like Fallens armor, a quiver to match. a Leather bound book, a small red and black stitched pouch. a pair of similar ebony rings to settle there union, that where never given on its intended date, due to Fallens absence. Ashen stared at the objects, unable to move them and unable to move herself.
"for his..birthday" Ashen whispered in a whimper. feeling the heat of tears rush behind her eyes, she had completely forgotten she had planned a surprise celebration of his birth, the day of his captured. her breath started to become shallow as her hands began to shake slightly, tears nearly winning.

Freyan felt Ashen tense as he put his hand on her shoulder, worried he had hurt he he removed his hand. "No... and you are observant, I'v rarely slept since I left..." she said as she turned to face. Freyan noticed for the first time she had a strip of cloth covering one eye. "had she been injured?' he thought "I made a deal with a Fire Devil to get to Rosynwood, to give me power..." she said calmly staring into his eyes. He froze, beyond shock the rest of her words washed over him. "Oh Gods..." "...wipe out a small village..." "Why... Oh Gods..." "...Angel and a Demon inside..." "...How could you..." "...Termination..." "...Now of all times..." "... Is there a problem with I HAD to do to save him?!" "...Ashen... you fool.. you Gods Damned fool..." She turned away to tend to Fallen, and Freyan stood still, still in shock. Wulfric began to yell at her, and as he did the bonfire blazed higher and hotter, he stumbled back the heat reaching him all away from the other side of the room. "How could you do this Ashen... you have no idea what could happen... what WILL happen" his mind racing he didnt noticed as Fallen and Ashen walked upstairs and out of sight. "I need to get out of here" he whispered, he walked to the door and opened it and walked into the rain, leaving the door open as he began to run. He didnt know where he was going, all he knew was he needed to get Away from the Scale, away from Ashen. "If that's even still her, Gods know what kind of deal she made with that thing" he muttered as he came to a tree, deciding it was good as any other to stop and rest under. He sat down on the damp ground and realized for the first time he had left without a cloak, he curled up and rubbed his arms as the cold damp set in making him shiver. "First that Demon named Chaos or whatever it decided to call its self, shows up and now this... she picked a hell of a time to become fucking possessed" Freyan growled, he thought he had done the right thing, but now he wasn't so sure. When it was just the Demon to contend with contacting his old order for help was am obvious choice. The Order would send a Hunter, they'd kill the demon or capture it, but now with Ashen possessed he had now idea how things would play out. Once en route the Hunter would be out of contact till he arrived. "I guess Dorugul is going to have to deal with Ashen, if she's still herself perhaps she can be saved, if not..." he whispered unable to say it out load.
