(( This space will be used for any and all correspondence with monk Ieda, who is canonically down further south in Rivermoor, maintaining Fae relations, sometimes even passing into the Fae realm itself. If you wish to send her a letter, post it here. ))
Dear Reader,
I have instructed for this letter to be delivered to my tower, though I currently do not know who might be staying there. If you have simply moved into the empty space as a way to escape the cold, feel free to continue doing so, the idea of the tower's beds remaining empty when they could be providing shelter to those who need it is a horrible one indeed.
If you are someone I know, thank you for keeping tabs on my home away from home, though I am now away from both. I wanted to send correspondence to Wildgard, but realized I had no idea who I should write, which is an obvious problem when it comes to letter writing. Feel free to write me back if you are friend or stranger, I would love the experience either way.
I am working hard here, and it is wonderful to not only see my efforts bear fruit, but also to have the chance to taste said metaphorical fruit. The people of the lands surrounding Querma Tema and the Ivory Tower are charming, though I do think they are as confused in regards to my methods as the peoples of the Wild Lands were. I am reveling in the opportunity to view all of these different cultures and share my own.
I do find myself missing Wildgard deeply, though, against my better judgement. I hope to hear back as to how well the peoples are doing in my absence, though I doubt my presence or lack thereof has a great effect on things. Writing that sentence was harder than I would like it to have been.
