Before coming to Wildgard, the Voice often insisted that she travel north, but did not specify that she was to remain in the freehold until she got there. When she did try to leave, the Voice eventually talked her into going back.
Gladys suspects that the Voice may have a connection with the White Lady, the Elvish goddess of healing and protection, because it seems pleased that she has an interesting in studying at the temple during her free time.
Gladys knows Blythe Schwartz, and is the one who informed the Kinto healer of Wildgard's existence.
During the colder months, Blythe taught Gladys about survival and healing, and helped with the human's career change. Also, the Voice has spoken with Gladys less, possibly meaning that she has accomplished whatever task it had in mind.
Physical Description: Auburn hair, blue eyes, pale skin. Average height and slightly overweight.
Garb: Lavender tabard, white shirt and skirt, green shawl. Switches between sandals and boots, depending on the weather.
Motives: While working as a bard, Gladys was also in pursuit of knowledge. Her discovery of the White Lady inspired her to become a healer and worship the elvish goddess equally with her southern sun god.
Personal Motto: "Let light and truth flourish." Was formerly "everyone has a story to tell."
History of Family: Gladys's family is made up of bards, minstrels, and actors. She is one of the few who decided to become something else.
