"Broton hold your damn tongue" Jay snapped at him, tired of his antics before turning to Tivares. "Tell me sir about why I should help you after you just attempted to hurt one of my scale mates?" he asked the man, sneering the word sir. He didn't appreciate people coming into his home asking for help and trying to hurt someone, no matter how annoying that person is. If Ashen hadn't beat him to it he would have killed the man and thrown him out.

"I don't see what the big problem is. It looks like we don't want him here, he wants to die, and cremation generally works to permanently kill people here. I say we take him outside, or wherever he needs to die, kill him, and burn the corpse with magical flame." Xander looks around at the others, "Its worked before. Is there any reason it shouldn't?"

walking back home from his rounds hearing some sort of commotion coming from with in. Hearing Ashen and the sound of a bow being shot. he rushes in his two handed axe at the ready with fiery look in his eyes teeming with rage he stop as he see the Tivares standing in the Scale the one place he finally found peace after a long day's work "Oh great who let the Oaf in?" his eyes going almost back to normal lowering his axe in respect and putting it by the doorway "Hail Jay friends, I have no news to report today" and taking his helmet off also in respect and putting it under his arm and bowing his head to the group.

Lanora glared at the Scale member known as Xander, annoyed by his ignorance of hers and Tivares' predicament. "It won't work, no magick or flame or blade will do the job, ain't that right Tivares?" she smirked toward her companion as he regained himself from having just died and then brought back to life. Lanora returned her attention to Xander, "There's just no getting rid of him, trust me, I know."

"Attack a scale member? Perish the thought" Tivares declared, smirking at Jay. "I would never. Besides, even if I did... encourage your lofty friend there to... hasten this ordeal, no harm was done to your precious friend here, right?" He continued, resting his elbow on Broton's shoulder. As he did so, a terribly familiar voice came from behind him. Slowly turning around to glare at Wulfric, he cursed under his breath before regaining his composure. "Didn't you die, dog? Unfortunately, it appears that not all dogs go to heaven. Shame, really."

Eyeing Jay with a cold hard stair and then sticks out his tongue to take a hold of it, "Iss dis bettah? It seemms liy yooo liy tooo barc ats focs fow liy to gits stoff don...." letting go of his tongue to take a good long drink. "learn to relax more and cool off more.... this is no way to do business..." the last words said as Tivares rested his elbow on his shoulder. Broton just watches Tivares get all emotional again with Wulfric.... "SO lad what do you have to pay with for the help of The Silver Scale?" motioning his mug to Tivares with a bug grin.

Jay glared at the dwarf "For the last time Broton shut your mouth or leave the room. You have only the rank of traveler here and so you have no right to be making deals on behalf the Scale." he said, his patience running thin. "Besides I'm sure if we ask Tivares' companion she will tell us more of why she made the comment she did. There is no point in trying to make a deal if what she said is true" he added with thought, looking towards the woman with the man who seemed to hold no manners for those in the scale. "Lenora would you please shine some light on why you said what you did?" he asked politely. He just wanted to get the man out of his house as quickly as possible. Whether it was through killing him or kicking him out didn't really matter to Jay at this point. He just wasn't going to waste his time if he didn't need to.

Xander leans back against the door frame. "Yeah, Jay is right." He remarks, taking a sip of hits wine before continuing, "If its supposedly impossible to kill this guy, what makes you think we can do anything about it?"

"What I said is the truth. I have no reason to lie to you, I want him dead almost as much as he does" she sighed, growing tired and frustrated with Tivares' antics and the constant chatter and arguing of the people among her. She decided she had had enough for the night, she was too tired for this. She glared at Tivares, "I'm going now, come find me when you're done here" she said as she put on her cherry red cloak and her boots. She turned as she opened the door and nodded a goodbye to the scale members and slammed the door shut on her way out, a lot harder than she meant to.

Tivares waved cheerily as Lanora stalked out, shivering as snow blew in through the open door. Turning to the rest of the scale, Tivares began to reply. "Payment? I would be indebted to you, which is really quite a prize. As for the means, I've read your histories. This land has seen more magical turmoil in the past 100 years than any other land I've been to. If anybody knows how to kill me, they will be here." He smirks, tilting his head sideways. "Unless you think that helping people is an... unworthy pursuit, I'm sure that I can count on your aid and... breadth of knowledge." Looking around at the myriad hostile looks directed at him, Tivares stepped back towards the door, before turning and walking out. He called out "Find me when you decide to help" as the door slammed shut behind him.
