Story Plot: She was born into a large extensive family to one of the more questionable people in it. Her father who married in was far more questionable and was mysteriously absolutely not on purposely killed at a family gathering... Her family was a large one which ran "Marcus Munitions" one of the largest weapons dealers around. As she grew up she became accustomed to committing petty thefts and glamouring people into buying false items. At some point she tried to heal her cousin's eyes, made weak by a gypsy curse. Unfortunately she made it worse and after a few more actions the family exiled her for bringing them a bad name. She since began traveling changing her appearance accent and name in every new town she visits. This time she is an eccentric inventor with two poor dear sick children to feed.
Physical Description: Tall, thin, kinda gawky and lanky. Bright green eyes that are almost... captivating... oddly so.
Garb: Brown tattered silk vest, rag skirt, glass backpack, tall brown boots, thick dark goggles.
Motives: Money. Wealth. A hoard of objects.
Personal Motto: "No refunds here for you friend." "Honest Victoria's totally functional curse free items!" "Hey it's Vic with ___!"
History of Family: ... Thats personal.

The Character Physically
1. What is the character's stature and build? Are they overweight or lean? What is their height and weight?
She is tall and lanky, seemingly delicate.
2. How old are they?
Older than you would think.
3. Describe their posture; is it good? Do they carry themselves well? Are they crooked, straight, or handicapped?
She has good posture tall and straight. She carries herself with a jumpy gate.
4. Are they in good shape or out of condition? Are they muscular, weak, or strong? Any special abilities or super powers?
She is in good shape, I guess being about 1/16th vampire is an ability. From that she has the ability to tan horribly and glamour people.
5. How is their health? Any illnesses or conditions?
Nope. Shes in good health.
6. Are they physically active or sedentary? A fast or slow mover?
Active and fast mover, she's used to being on the run from all sorts of people.
7. Are they clumsy, awkward, or graceful when they move, walk, or run?
Deliberate and bouncy. Shes always going somewhere, probably your wallet.
8. Would you describe the character as good looking, pretty, beautiful, average, plain, ugly, disfigured?
Beautiful, but not excessively or unnaturally so.
9. How does the character regard their physicality? Are they proud, ashamed?
She thinks she is "the shit."

Pasty pale, a few freckles here and there.
11. Describe their hair, coloring, styling. Is great care taken in upkeep, or disregarded as a nuisance?
Always a mess but she hides it in a ponytail.
12. How is their dexterity? Do they have good hands? Can they manipulate and create or repair?
She is very skilled with her hands, able to sculpt carve and stitch while hardly even looking. She often uses this to make things like philosophers stones out of candlewax.
13. Are they physically tense or relaxed, nervous, controlled?
She is often anxious but hides it well and puts up a front of being relaxed and friendly. It often doesn't crack until someone happens to mention things like "Oh the cousin you accidentally fucked up even worse just so happens to live here."
14. What part of their body would you notice first?
Her eyes, they are a piercing wild green, stare into them too long and you'll run into trouble.
15. How is their eyesight? Wear glasses, blind, going blind? Color?
She has wild green eyes and sharp sight.
The Character's Garb
1. How much clothes does this character have?
The ones on her back. She jimmies up a new outfit for every new town.
2. What kinds of items are in their wardrobe?
She has a few things she keeps like a scarf. she never wears it for fear of it helping her be identified.
3. Do they have favorite articles of clothing?
She currently likes her vest the most. It looks like a rag but its endearing somehow.
4. What colors are their clothes, is there a wide range? Bright or dull? What are their favourite colors to wear?
She wears earth tones at the moment, nothing loud or bright to avoid being seen. In previous towns she has used different palates.
5. Are their clothes old or new?
technically new, but made from old torn stuff.
6. Were they bought or homemade, hand-me-downs, expensive tailored-made?
Homemade.
7. Is your character at home in their clothes or uncomfortable?
She is comfortable in them. They are different then her previous one. She feels secure like she wont be found out.
8. Does your character care for their clothes, kept up and neat, do they worry about how they look?
She only worries she looks the same as she did in the last town.
9. Does your character have to dress a certain way because of his job or position? Is it a uniform? If so, do the clothes fit their real, basic character, or are the clothes worn as a symbol or mask?
She wears a different thing each town. It matches the personality she's adopted for now. As for matching who she is inside? Even she doesn't remember.
10. Do they dress according to a self-image of themselves? Is this self-image conscious or unconscious? At what age was this self-image set, and what circumstances dictated the image?
Currently she is dressing to fit the image of an eccentric traveling inventor. Its a concious image shes decided to put up.
11. Discuss adornments, jewellery, or trophies that your character might wear. Are there tattoos, piercing, brandings, or ritualistic scarring, and what were the events, rituals, or circumstances that lead your character to having them.
She wears a necklace and a few rings, they aren't terribly important but she makes up stories for them. Two rings representing her children and one to represent her dearly departed husband. The necklace was from her dear father who was tragically killed and cannibalized by accident. That is the true one actually.
12. What kind of underwear does your character wear?
Basic undergarments.
The Character's Voice
1. Does your character speak in a high or low pitch?
A medium sorta pitch not terribly memorable.
2. Are they a loud or soft talker?
Loud talker unless shes really trying to swindle you.
3. Is there a wide range in the voice in volume, pitch, quality, or is the voice consistent and even?
She has a very wide voice range. It gives her more options to choose from.
4. Is there good resonance to the voice? Is the voice throaty, chesty, heady, or nasal?
A chesty resounding humming voice. The kind that really gets in your mind somehow and really convinces you to spend all of your money on a really cool rock.
5. Is there tension in the voice? Anxiety? Emotion?
Just a sort of almost seductive tone, smooth and steady.
6. Is there an accent? Anything unusual in pronunciation? Emphasis? Phrasing?
She has a southern drawl but has on occasion slipped into a Russian accent, but never for more that a few seconds.
7. Is it a trained voice or just natural? Does the character try to speak well or just however it comes out?
Trained she has worked hard to give herself a wide range of pitch and accents.
8. Is the speech clear or muddy? Do they mumble? Are they distinct?
She does mumble to herself a lot but is very clear when shes talking to people.
9. Is the voice comforting or irritating? Reassuring or disturbing? Are they self-conscious when they speak to others? How large a group could they speak to before they become self-conscious?
Conforting, reassuring, convincing.
10. What is the first thought one might have after hearing your character speak? of others, she overcomes these things.
"Oh wow she is so right I should absolutely buy this ocean charm that looks a little bit like my friend's pendant."
The Character's Mind

Very very clever. Quick witted and manipulative.
2. Do they think quickly? Slowly? Are they quick-witted? Dull?
Very quick unless shes really jostled, (like if she found out her COUSIN LIVES IN THIS TOWN or something like that.)
3. What kind of education do they have?
She had some formal education as a child, but not a lot nor did she care much during her education. She picked up things from people she has met.
4. Does the character possess a knowledge or expertise in a particular field?
Manipulation. Selling things.
5. Is the character impulsive or deliberate in reaching conclusions? Would you describe them as being logical, rational, or emotional?
She is logical and rational although she has pretended to be less so to confuse people.
6. Do they think things out before they speak or blurt out the first thought?
She does think about pretty much anything she says. She has to be careful not to reveal herself of reveal the fact she is basically Vince the sham wow guy on crack.
7. Do they have contemplative times? What occupies their mind when alone?
She sometimes has horrible bouts of fear at night. Remembering how she is actually just a web of lies. Like literally if lies were sweaters shed be wearing like 50 and once you took them off there would just be more sweaters.

A bundle of lies she can be whatever she needs to be whenever she needs to be.

Practical rewards. She likes tangible things like money and strange items.

People are attracted to her because she is partially a vampire and glamours them into talking to her.

She has a wide range and great control of them.

Calloused, although she'll be sensitive to get people trapped and then use them for cash.

Cautious, but she puts up a trusting facade.

It depends on your interpretation.

Nervous all of the time but she puts up the front of calm.

She loves jokes and does have a great sense of humor.

They think shes hilarious until they realize their watch has dissapeared mysteriously.

Yes, she does like dark humor.

Thats what she does most of the time actually.

She's capable of it in some ways, but she not a very romantic person at her core. She did love someone as family not in a romantic way but a definite family bond. (COUGH COUGH I WONDER WHO THAT COULD BE COUGH)

Not really she's notorious back home but not in a good way.
