Sixx was seen from time to time wandering in and out of Wildgard through out the long winter, this was the second winter the group had stayed in the wildlands. Her crew saw her just as briefly as any of the towns folk as she seemed to be busy with one of her projects. At the mouth of the great northern sea a few docks had slowly been built, and inward of the docks a wall erected with large logs. Of course those were far to large for one person to carry! but sixx was the only one seen measuring and pacing around it. Her measuring system was a drunken pirate walk in a somewhat straight line toe to toe but it seemed to work out. Some time later another wall was erect next to the first and Sixx was seen measuring for the next. The foot prints around the building in the snow were not just Sixx's though. It seemed to have a snake like wiggle but was feathered. The crew would know it was Karasu the ships sail maker and healer but onlookers would more likely be worried at the sheer size of the tracks
It took quite some time to get 4 walls and a roof made and a modest sized building was created, there was space to make a fire place on the one side as there was a hole in the roof for the chimney but Sixx was missing once more. By spring it was obvious this would be a two story building as there were 3 more walls erected on top of what had seemed to be the roof and a new roof had been started. 5 or so months into the project and Sixx was exhausted. The Captain of Dame de la profondeur took a seat in the window on the second floor of the new building glancing out to the sea. It was beautiful as always. The woman sat in quiet wonder as Karasu wondered up and dropped the next log in place. The creature looked up at her and climbed into the building as well. Her body took up a large portion of the modest sized room and the boards below her creaked in protest but she didnt fall through to the first floor so that was promising. Sixx smirked and rested her clawed hand on one of her companions heads as she continued to gaze out to the sea. The ice had gone off the small bay now making her and Karasu's job a little easier, but it wouldnt be smooth sailing until the ice was gone all the way to lake Konah where they were gathering the logs from the dam.
Sixx glanced at Karasu once more, "Go take a break, you deserve it." The Captain remained in the window however and stretched lightly. She removed her hat and rested in on her lap as she pet the slowly breaking red feather, the hat was aging rapidly and would likely need to be replaced eventually she thought with a frown before dusting it off and replacing it on her head. The boards creaked as Karasu took her leave, likely to go and hunt. Sixx's ears flicked to the ship. It was anchored at the port docks now that the ice had left this area. The quiet creaking of the floor boards were her only clue that someone was awake on the ship.
