Ashens attention whipped back hearing Damian voice from behind, her blood thirsty glare never leaving as her eyes laid on the dagger to fallens throat. "Vith'rell.." she cursed in drow with a hiss straightening, knowing full well the position she was in now. it was painful to speak, though her pain was nothing to her at the moment.
She glared at Damian, he either tired of watching her fight, or he knew she would keep fighting until she won.
"let..him...go...." she breathed for air in between every words. the air feeling like acid in her lungs, she could feel trembling withing her chest. just seeing him touch fallen, nay be near him, only fueled her blood thirst more. however she did as she was told, and stopped. the guards could attack her at any moment, knowing full well Fallen was in danger...she would let them. she wasn't about to let Damian knot that however.

When their opponent stopped fighting, those guards that were left did as well. Keep their weapons raised as her were, they eyed her cautiously, breathing hard. A few of them shot glanced at Damian as if waiting for orders.
Not moving, Damian met her eyes from over Fallen's shoulder. "I'll drop my blade..." he spoke slowly and carefully. "If you drop yours, both of them."
His eyes darted from her to the guards, nodding slightly. As soon as her weapons went down they were to apprehend her.
"You have ten seconds before I deal him a wound that he will not come back from." Damian narrowed his eyes dangerously at her as if to dare her to move.

Ashen glared at Damian, she knew full well that she trapped. She was still good at hand to hand combat, her axes wherent her only weapons. however if she kept fighting, would Fallen die? that thought made her drop one ax. raising her eyebrow waiting for Damian to move his blade away from his neck.
a wicked smile now on his face as he move the dagger away slightly. ashen looked down angry at the ground dropping her other ax. "asshole."

As soon as the second axe was dropped, the four surrounding guards pounced. Pinning her against the wall, one of them reached down and quickly snapped a shackles around her ankles. Attached to the wall, the chains were about 5 feet long. After they were sure she was secure, they fell back, one of them picking up her axes on the way.
Across the room Damian smiled. Lowering his knife, he let the drows head drop heavily to his chest once more. Circling around so he stood just beside his prisoner, he gave the woman a sly smile before turning eyes on the hovering guards. The nine who were left were solemn and angry, some injured as they looked down at their felled friends.
"Take them out and fetch the healer. See if she can help any of them." Damian spoke, his voice compassionate for the loss of life. But despite this fact he knew he wouldn't have had the fight go down any other way. "Once she's finished, send her in here. Also, I want two men outside this door at all times. If you all need rest then send others." As they nodded and left, the man finally turned his gaze to the woman. He had no doubts that she was hiding some sort of weapon on her person. But he didn't really intend on getting near enough to her to find out.
"It's always easiest to use a persons loved ones against them." Damian tsked, toying with the knife he still held in his hands.

Ashen Growled and screamed, kicked and flung around as the guards pinned her against the wall. feeling the shackles on her feet she knew these shackles wouldnt hold her long, the room was big enough for her to transform in. 'alright lets play...' she nearly mimicked his smile as she glared at him.
she watched as he ordered the guards under her breath she whispered 'may they rest in peace, if it was there loved ones...they would have done the same'
"aye its easy, but in this situation it would only works one way, so congratulations you guessed right. any more tricks? i would assume so, you dont have a shred of honor in your body.." ashen smile faded as she glared at him. she wanted to throw her knives at him, but now she knew Her and Damian...where in a whole knew game of there own.

"Me? Perhaps I don't." The man spoke, raising a brow at her. "My father did, and my sister, and my wife. It's to bad they all died in a fire before they had a chance to teach it to me."
"If you're looking for a way to hurt me, there isn't one." He shrugged casually. "Let's say you managed to bypass the chains, the guards and my blade. Guess what? I've already won." Stepping over to the drow, he pressed a heavy boot down on one of his injured feet, shifted the nail. Despite his wavering consciousness Fallen whimpered, swaying in the chains that held him.
"Damian." One of the guards who had just left the room appeared at the door. Looking up, Damian trotted over to him, accepting what the man offered to him. His ring of keys. Nodding as the guard once again turned to leave, he turned back to the woman.
"You ask me what kind of tricks I still have up my sleeves when really it's you who I should be asking the same." He eyed her with a raised brow before returning to Fallen's side. "Then again, look at our friend here. Master assassin, skilled in magic....I wonder what kind of tricks he may have been able to use had he the ability to." Damian's smiled grew as he gave the woman a side long glance. "Let's play a little game of math, shall we. First we have a very powerful wizard, skilled in enchantments. Fortunately he's dead now, but that's not the point. Next we have an equally powerful assassin who specializes in slipping away and is skilled in teleportation magic. After that we have the chains around your ankles and his..."
Damian's words trailed off as he turned to face her again, an expectant expression on his face. "Of course, I'm sure you'll still be able to fling whatever weapon you still have at me."

Ashen anger only grew as Damian hurt fallen once more, she had to bit her lip to keep her expression from changing. however knowing his loved ones died just made her smile, she noted he got his keys back. she knew what she needed to do now. she needed to trick him into a false sense of security, let him this he was in power, then crush him. she would have to play his game.
she merely looked at him when he guessed about her knives. it always seems to be one step ahead, he was very good at guessing.
"so what your telling me, is you tortured fallen, because you have a fit, that's cute. like a babe crying because his toy got taken away...sound likes you have daddy issues and cant seem to let go. pretty pathetic" Ashen smiled "why don't you get damn point already, or if thats it...im bored already"
she leaned against the wall. "just remember i said i would rip you apart." though she was worried about fallen she would only throw her knives if he tryed anything again with him. she acted completely bored, hoping she would have angered him to focus his rage on her.

"Actually, you've got it quite opposite." He turned to face the drow again, snorting a laugh. "My toy wasn't taken away. I've been playing all this time." Bringing the knife up to Fallen's chest, he just let the point sit there, not moving and not drawing blood. It was both a threat and to prove a point. "Is what I've done not exactly what you're threatening to do to me now?" His words were calm and matter of fact.
"If I killed him now, and then I went back to whichever place you live and killed the rest of your family would you not hunt me down? Would you not take your vengeance?" Taking the point of his knife away without causing the drow injury, he regarded the woman in much the same way she regarded him. Interesting. So she was playing the same game that we was, was she? Unfortunately for her the dice he was rolling was all sixes.
Shaking his head at her, he spoke again. "Since you didn't answer my last math problem I'll give you another." he wondered if she'd even caught on to what he'd said or not. Well, he supposed it would just be a nasty little surprise then if she tried to use an ability and have it fail. Rydus and the more magically inclined elders had enchanted the shackles. Ability sapping. "This one is a little more difficult." He paused, considering his next words as he slowly began pacing the room. "When I sent those guards away I asked them to call for our healer. She lives about fifteen minutes away. It's been about five minutes since the guards have left. It will take them time to sent a runner to her home and again for her to arrive here..." he spoke slowly as if he were truly giving the riddle to a child. "Let's add on the time it will take to either heal the men you injured or pronounce them dead. The more that are still clinging to life, the more time it will take her."
He paused, stopping his pacing beside the drow. "This is my question. Will she arrive before Kethri bleeds out or dies of shock." In a lightning fast movement, he plunged the knife all the way to the hilt into the small of Fallen's back, eyes never leaving the woman on the other side of the room.
Fallen's eyes snapped open in shock and pain as a sharp clarity returned to his mind. Breath catching in his throat as he gasped, he grit his teeth. Squeezing his eyes shut for a moment, he opened them again, training them on Ashen. By the gods....it was her. It was really her. He hadn't....He hadn't wanted her to see him like this...

Ashen only got more and more irritated as every word spilled from Damians mouth. she rolled her eyes watching him. this game was getting old fast. she raised her eyebrow to his question, only to lunged forward's the hilt hit Fallen only to be stopped and fall to her knees by the shackles. "SON OF A BITCH" she growled in a low tone.
speaking in kintu tongues she cursed as she garbed the chains with her good arm pulling on them. glaring at the man. "THE HELL DO YOU WANT!? you have already broke him, i swear to the gods above, touch him one more time and that's IT for you. im the one who is going to rip apart all the elders im the one who is going to burn this village simply because you took what was mine. because of YOUR vengeance, you have damned this village again...you and i are the same....you know damn right i will destroy everything." her words where fast but direct. she meant every word. one more words about fallen, one more touch, one more...and she would attack, the shackles would not stop her.
her fear of being seen as a monster, a maniac...was gone. Damian reminded her of Maria, and he needed to die...now.

Taking his hand of the knife and leaving it in the drow's back, he raised his hands in front of them as if in surrender. "Touch him again? No, I think I'm done for now." He knew she was right. Because he did indeed see himself in her. That same loose thread that tragedy had tugged and begin to unravel.
He didn't really care though. She could, and probably would kill him, but either way that was going to mend her broken drow. "In fact..." Taking the keys from hid pocket, he slowly and without any agressive movements unlocked the shackles around the Fallen's ankles. Damian then reached up and much in the same way unlocked the shackles around his writs. As soon as there was nothing holding him up, Fallen dropped like a stone.
Yelping slightly when he hit the ground, Fallen drew his arms to his chest, whimpering in pain.
"If he lives, then you have more than I do." Damian pocketed the keys once more, looking up at her. "If he dies....I'm sure I'll be seeing you very soon." With that he lowered his gaze once more to the man he had wanted to get his hands on for years. Narrowing his eyes he kicked the drow once before quickly speaking.
'I vanish from sight.' It was one of the few abilities he knew and the only ability he regularly used. In the span of a second he disappeared completely, vanishing into thin air. This of course this was more or less just a trick in itself. He appeared once more about fifty feet down the hall and quickly began to jog. She would be coming for him sooner or later.

Ashen trying desperately pulling her legs free from the wall, the shackles cutting into her flesh. "Fallen!" called out to him. she looked down and concentrated, shifting slowly, her body getting bigger and bigger as she began to take on Panther form. feeling the shackles break around her expanding body she dart to fallen.
it would take her a minute to turn back into her human self. sliding almost past Fallen she nuzzled his shoulder trying to get his arms to move. she laid beside him nuzzling his head. trying hard to calm herself to transform. she concentrated for a moment, opening her eyes to see her human hands. quickly she got up, gripping the dagger and pulling it out quietly. placing her hands on his chest, chanting her healing spell. even after her heal spell was over she continued to chant a spell that cured ailment. if Damian was like her like she claimed, he might have poisoned the knife.'please work...please work....please!' Ashen opened her eyes looking down at fallen.
she looked down the hall, she wanted nothing more the to kill Damian for hurting Fallen.
"fallen, fallen can you hear me?"

The sharp clarity that came with the initial wound faded fast, leaving him again in the aching, dark and blurred place he'd been in for days. But this was different. As he lay on the stone, arms wrapped around himself protectively, he could feel himself getting colder. His mind slowly blackening. This was the first fata wound Damian had dealt him.
He could hear shouting but it sounded far away. It sounded like....oh right....Ashen was here. How could she be here...Something nudged his shoulder, his head, but he barely felt it. He barely even reacted when the knife was pulled free.
When human hands finally rolled him onto his back, he was to weak and to far gone to notice. But as the healing magic flooded him, clarity was the first thing to return. Unlike the fuzzy, swimming ache of his near unconscious state, this pain was sharp and loud. He could feel the white magic running through his veins as is tried desperately to heal wounds that would not. The partial heals that he'd been tortured with caused more damage it seemed. Injuries that should have been fully mended by the magic had healed wrong or not all all. Some of them even rejected the spell. This was especially true with his hands. Most of his fingers were unusable, the rest painful to use.
Whimpering in pain when the heal spell finally finished, he could feel tears well in his eyes at the familiar voice. "Ashen." His voice came out in a rasp, but his mind was clear enough to know for sure that this was real. --
Across the prison, Damian had took a detour. Knowing that the time it took might cost him, he decided seeing the look on the half-elfs face would be worth it. When Damian entered, Kilindyl looked up, rage burning in his eyes. Not speaking, he clenched his shackled hands into fists.
"You'll be glad to know that your information has led to a seccessful capture." Damian studied the prisoners face as he spoke. Despite how hard Lin was trying to keep his expression emotionless, Damian didn't miss the twitch of his brow.
"Oh and also..." Damian frowned, feigning disapointment and anger. "Your drow is dead."
This time Kilindyl couldn't even pretend to stay calm. His expression turned to one of horror and anger. Lunging forward, the chains caught him before he even came close to Damian. "You're lying!" He yelled, denying the information as he tugged in vain a the chains.
"Unfortunately I'm not." Damian frowned down at Kilindyl. "He died thinking you betrayed him. It's sad really, I'm going to miss him. But you'll have to do as a replacement."
Finally defeated by the chains, the half-elf finally sunk back to his knees, head hanging low. After everything....is is how it ended? He got Keth killed...
"I'll see you later, half-elf." Damian smiled as he turned to leave. There really was no good reason for what he'd just done, but it made him feel better. He hoped the whole lot of them were to caught up in despair to ever catch up with him. Shutting and lock the cell once more, Damian finally made his way for the exit.

"Fallen..." Ashen smiled seeing Fallen slowly return to her. "im here, i have to get you out of here, i still have to find Lin..." she looked down at Fallens body. she had no idea what to do. looking around she tried to figure out what something to guild her in the right direction. within her rage she had forgotten her plan, she thought Lin would be fine, hoping Fallen wasn't in the horrible condition he was in.
she looked back down at him tears beginning to form. "ill come back to Lin, right now i need to get you out of here. i need to lift you, im scared to hurt you." she looked up and down fallens body, assessing the damage, what to avoid and what was safe. noting the nails still in his feet. "do you think you can walk, if i remove the nails? ill be carrying you mostly." Ashen questioned, keeping her words soft.

That was the first time the heal spell had been completed on him since he'd arrived. It was an odd sensation to not be an constant mind numbing pain. Opening his eyes, he finally looked up at her. Tears spilled from his eyes leaving streaks in the blood and dirt on his face. "How are you here..." This was the question that had been on his mind since he'd first seen her. The fact that she was in Rosynwood was so absurd that he had thought it was some sort of illusion.
"I dunno.." He grimaced, his words cutting off when he tried to push his body off the ground with an elbow. It had passed the point where he'd even attempt to use his hands. For a month now they were completely shot. He expected pain to come with the movement but instead it was only just a dull ache. Each breath he took however still came out as a wheeze and he couldn't seem to breath deeply. One of his ribs was probably broken, well, more than probably. Deep black bruises mottled his side and you could almost see where the break was. He had lost so much weight that his ribs jutted from his skin.

"carful! your still injured! alot of your old wounds didnt heal! i could only heal the resent ones...why are you crying Fallen? does it hurt that badly? here this will help" taking out some herbs from her belt bag she put them in fallens mouth. "eat them, they will help with pain." Ashen also took off her Flask, unscrewing the cap and placing the tip near fallens mouth, after lifting him slightly so he could drink the water she carried on her. there wasn't much left but enough for him to swallow the herbs a possibly help his throat.
waiting for the herbs to settle in and for fallen to drink she answered his question."Lin left me a note a long time ago, telling me where here and needed my help. i have been in the village for a week or so looking for you pretending to be a stranded 18 year old little girl at a bakery... im so sorry i wasn't here sooner. gods, we need to get you a healer...and soon...this is horrible...this is my fault if you didn't decide to live in wildgard..." Ashens mind began to darken. it was all her fault, if Fallen had kept running, chances are he would never have been caught.
"im going to kill that man before i leave here completely..." she hisses to herself speaking out loud. "i will make me loath the day he was birthed from his mother and wish he never existed." her hatred slow growing again. looking at Fallens wounds, his hands, his ribs. how dare she let that man get away. "i promise Fallen ill kill him. once you are safe, ill kill him. hunt him down like the vermin he is..."
