Gil cleared his throat uncomfortably and side-glanced to Aalis, "What is it? or.. WAS it." bringing up a hand to his brow, contemplatively scratching his head. "At least it's dead now..." He stepped back, breathing deeply into the scarf Aalis gave to him. 'I don't know if I want to eat it now... it could be rotten.' The wizard walked to the opening of the doorway just as Guile was coming up the hall. "Guile." He said. "The hound, it's your kill right?" The Jackal stopped and looked up at Gil with a strange curiosity "Yeah, why?" "The dog's been dead for quite awhile it would seem. It's Rancid." He cleared his throat again, fighting the urge to throw up. He motioned to have guile come look at the mutt on the table and see the mutation for himself. the Two guys and Aalis keeping a safe distance from the stench, Gilgaard staring at it as if he thought the dog would jump out at him. As the Jackal came over to see his kill, the first thing he did was the same thought the other two had. To check to mouth and the eyes. The Meat on his bones seemed fine, and yes the smell was worse than normal, but he figured it was the build up of rotted leftovers from all the other game they'd killed in the Catacomb over the last few months. He opened the dogs eyelid and made a strange expression. "Hmm" he hummed, worried. after awhile he finally came to a conclusion. "Well, we're just gunna have to find something else to eat." as the Guile took a turn to leave the room, he Flinched. Grabbing at his wounded side, a flesh gush of blood staining his shirt. He growled a little and turned to see if Aalis had noticed.
Gil grabbed his arm and pulled it away from his side. And Guile growled again. but the sound was coming from behind him.

Star ran a hand through her tangled hair as she let out a loud sigh. Her eyes followed Guile leave the room just like the others, she felt herself slowly start to crumble and break but she couldn't, she was stronger than that she needed to be strong. She replaced the tears with anger and grabbed her dagger and threw it across the room letting out a loud grunt as she did. A low growl started up in her chest as she walked into the other room with the others ignoring her dagger that she threw. She was still angry but the one thing she couldn't stand was being alone and feeling worthless at the same time.
She let herself calm down a fair bit before actually stepping into the room to see Aalis by the dog which seemed dead, Guile wincing and Gil....? She heard a low growl and thought it was Guile but it sounded a bit farther away in the background then right beside her. Questioning the sounds Star placed her hand on her pistol that was holstered and had a low amount of ammo in it.

Half Distracted by the sound of Something ricocheting off the wall of the catacombs in the other room, Guile pulled his attention back to the Dog. "Uhh.. Guys, It's growling?" He pointed at the dog, whose lips were quivering with a clenched jaw, black oozing bile dripping from it's mouth, Slowly the eyes opened and rolled back in his head before flicking forward again, strange bloodshot eyes and incredibly gruesome stare. The mutt lifted his head and pulled his legs underneath itself to stand before Guile's breath caught in his throat. "No no, no! this can't be, I killed it, it's missing half of it's fricken meat! WHAT THE HELL!?" He Screeched, Stumbling backward, falling to the ground in the doorway of the Catacombs.

Aalis was enraptured with the strange beast on the table, but not too much so to see Guile and Gil scuffle for a moment at the corner of her vision. Her vibrant blue eyes flicked over in an instant, changing for a moment back into feline slits. She turned on her heel and clenched her lips into a firm line when she saw him cradling a wound on his side. Clearing her throat with a hard glare, she strode over to him, and was already unraveling the scarf that she'd had around her face a moment earlier. "Guile. Wait a second, let me see-"
Yet, before she could actually reach them, they had turned towards the table. And from behind her, a low growl started up, and got progressively louder. She halted in her tracks, and slowly turned around. She saw the beast rise slowly to it's feet. Now those bloodshot eyes stared at her again, except this time she knew for sure that its tiny glaring pupils weren't entirely dead. Immediately out of instinct, Aalis shifted back into her furred feline form. Ears flat against her head, fangs bared, and her left hand reaching for the large knife she kept on her thigh. With her other hand, she pointed at the beast with a caw on her right hand and blared at the top of her lungs, "I COMMAND YOU TO STOP, I COMMAND YOU TO STOP, I COMMAND YOU TO STOP."
The dog wavered for a minute, as though a dead thing could actually think, then crouched lower to the table... And leaped directly off and onto the ground. Aalis stumbled back in shock. The spell had absolutely no effect. Wide eyes and panicking, she glanced over at Gil. "I-I... I can't do anything. If that spell didn't work, none of the spells I know... I... shit." She looked back at the beast that was slowly advancing, its growling echoing through the entire room, and turned back to where Guile was laying on the ground. Now she bolted into action, grabbing him harshly by the arm to try and pull him back to his feet. "We need to get out of here!" she hissed.

Gil's stomach wrenched when he realized the spell failed, Quickly he tried to think of something he could do to aide her magic, but the panic had set in and he could hardly think. "Uhh, Umm..." He pulled out a small wooden wand and pointed it at the Beast, stammering, shaking like a leaf. "May the power of- Uh... May um.. From my Heart I cast off your Right Leg, From my heart I cast off your- WAAAAH!!" The Dog turned on Gil and scrunched up his face, black ooze dripping from it's curled lips, the dog Lunged at the Wizard and knocked him to the ground, the wizard desperately clutching to his wand . Kicking and struggling to stay out of reach of it's snapping jaws. In a panic, Gil closed his eyes and began to shift, first the usual cloud of silvery dust surrounded him and his skin began to shine. Peering through his batted eyelashes the dog's death and decay staring him in the face he clenched his teeth, wrapping his shaking hands around the bare flesh of the hell hound. "I shove thee I shove thee I shove thee!"
The Dog flew from his hands and shot across the room, Colliding with the far wall, leaving a large saucy splatter against the stone wall behind them, The Dog yelped and Gil scrambled to his feet, "Come on everyone let's get out of here!" He pushed to the door and out into the hallway. "Kill it! Do something!" He was shouting, rushing back to Starfire and her gun.

Starfire pulled her gun out of the holster once her mind had registered that Aalis's spell hadn't worked. Quickly Star pulled Aalis behind her and pushed Gil back with them and turned around before firing the four bullets left in the gun while the dog thing was still laying on the ground. Two shots in the torso of the animal, nothing had happened. One shot in the neck, nothing happened. On her last bullet she shot just as the dog had pounced she shot it right between the eyes, knocking Star down along with it.
The dog landed on top of Star but it was limp and most likely from what she could tell dead. Her heart was racing but she dropped the empty gun and pushed the dog of her still laying on the ground. Her mind was registering everything. "What the hell.." She muttered under her breath. Her eye's closed and as she tried to calm her heart rate.

The dog lay limp on the floor beside Starfire and Guile stared long and hard at the corpse, black ooze dripping onto the floor in place of blood. His eyes wide with horror he looked at everyone, slowly walking over to help the Girl up. "Are you Alright?" He held out a hand to her. "I swear that thing was dead, I dragged it across all of Assiniboine park! I tore it to shreds!" He turned to Aalis with his mouth hung open. "Is it dead now?? How do we tell?" He wanted to kick it, but he feared it would lift it's head just in time to tear his leg off. His Heart was pounding and his side was still soaking in a deep dark red blood. Almost black. "What do we do?" He asked, clenching his teeth. "I'm..."
The Bard looked down at his wound and everything wennt blurry, like he was trying to look at something with watery eyes, Like he was crying, but he didn't feel any tears on his eyelashes when he blinked. 'I Can hardly breathe.... I can't see? what the fuck is going on??'

Quick footsteps echoed through the room as Aalis appeared right beside Starfire and the dog laying on the ground. She knelt down with a snarl across her muzzle, and turned the beast's face to her own. Though it looked dead once again, she wan't about to trust anything to be dead ever again. She brought the large knife she was holding in her other hand into the air, and with a low sound in the back of her throat and a quick arc of her arm, sliced through what was left of the mutt's neck. The body fell to the floor with a dull sound. The neck hole spluttered black gunk, splattering the mutt's corpse and Aalis's clothes. The smell was even more violent and gut-wrenching than before. Aalis got back to her feet and covered her muzzle with her free upper arm. Then flung the head violently in the back of the room.
"...Fuck."
After watching the disgusting head hit the far wall and roll to a stop, Aalis turned back to the others. That's when she noticed Guile. Obviously, he was getting worse, quite quickly. "Guile." she said forcefully, "Let me tend to that. Now. I don't have time for your chivalry and modesty right now. I need to fix that up, and then we need to get the fuck out of here. Right fucking now."
With a quick huff, she went back over to him, untying the scarf that had been around her neck to protect her nose and mouth at first. She laid a hand on the side of his head, to make him look at her, and then moved to check his temperature. His skin was paler and clammy from the loss of blood, and she clenched her jaw in a firm line of anger and annoyance, but mainly fear. She only had to take a step back and glance at the blood staining his clothes before she turned heel, muttering obscenities under her breath, to retrieve the makeshift first aid kit she'd made and kept safe among her things in the other room.

Gil jumped, as if something deep within his own mind jumped out at him in his thoughts. Scrambling to Star's side. "You're running out of Ammo, if I were you i'd go get more, Any ideas?" he didn't even wait for her to answer before he had sprinted over to Aalis, "I don't know about you, but I think we need to leave here. Sure it's safe but we need food and Ammo and more weapons. Right?" He turned his head to Guile "Right?!"
He released them and Staggered out into the hall, Looking up and down the hall, wondering which way to go.

Silence was all came from Felicise, he was in the most remote darkness where he could hear everything, see everything yet couldn't be seen unless he wanted to make himself heard. He heard a lot of noise and scuffling further down the hall and by precaution pulled out his favourite .50 from his thigh holster. It took him a few cautious steps down the hall before he cleared his throat and called out:
"Hello?? Is there anyone here??"
Silence so far greeted his question and he exhaled in relief before taking confident steps towards the end of the hall.

Star laid on the floor, still trying to understand what had just happened. She ignored Gil and stood up after a while, dusting herself off and going back to the hall. She quietly knelt down in front of her bag, grabbing the new ammo and loading the now empty gun. "Stupid.. Stupid.. Ungreatfull... sick...little... ugh!" She threw the gun to the side and sat down on the floor, her anger was getting the best of her. It's not like she was going to shoot anyone or harm them because of her anger, she might throw something at them but it wouldn't be anything to hurt them. She let out a gentle sigh as she ran a hand through her hair.
((I had to re-read a bit to remember what was going on.. Holy shit it's been a while.))

Felicise was rushing down the hallways towards the clanging of metal, he didn't like much of the sound but figured there might be someone in distress. He ran left, right, straight, up and left then right again until he heard faint breathing and talking. Pushing himself against the wall, Felicise walked along the wall in silence, the voices grew a little louder with every step. He stopped at the corner of the wall and exhaled before completely exposing himself, gun pointed and loaded to whoever was there. To his surprise he only was able to let out a question as he saw Gil and Starfire on the ground: "What the fuck are you guys doing on the ground? "

The Bard panted heavily, lifting his head to see a blurry and skewed view of Aalis. Even in it's distortion, she still looked beautiful. He tried to smile but it turned out to be more of a grimmace. He coughed. "Gil's right, we need provisions. Not that I could eat like this, it would probably just fall out my gut... However, he's also somewhat wrong because-" guile coughed and sputtered between words. "...Because I don't wanna go up there. To the Surface... Do you?" He chuckled and shook his head. "Bloody insane. To leave here. am I right?"
He stabilized himself on Aalis's shoulder, hearing another voice outside. "Who's tha-?" He craned his neck to see. Though he claimed that he didn't care about the Others the worry was plain on his face. "Can he heal? Can anyone- Does anyone know the.. Heal Spell?" His breathing was labored, and choppy, like he was drowning. Though he tried to make it over to Starfire and Gil. Slowly Felicise came into view, holding his gun out to Star.
"Woah woah woah!" He called. Waving his blood covered hands. "We're all friends here, right."

Aalis turned towards where Starfire had slumped on the ground. "If you think this is over, you're very much wrong. Get up. Use your heal spe-"
Her voice died in her throat when she saw a stranger appear from the darker parts of the catacombs. He was holding his weapon up to Starfire. A low growl deepened at te back her throat, and Aalis' muzzle curled into a snarl. "Point that gun elsewhere, or I will force you to." She raised one hand in his direction, and steadied herself, concentrating on awakening her magics. Hopefully, this man could be of use to them, especially if he was one of the few people that still had a gun with ammo. If he was smart, he would understand that he was out matched, and would yield. However, Aalis knew she could make him Yield either way.
She started out slowly, mostly as a threat to make him back away, "You. Yield thy arms..."

Turning around, Gil could see the tension building. People were beginning to lose their minds, Himself included. Panic had already began to stir inside him, affecting his decisions. He slowly walked toward Felicise and nodded that it was alright to trust him. Felicise and Gil had never really been friends, But he knew who he was and knew that he would be of good use in some way. 'He's got a good head on his shoulders, I know that.' He thought, 'But I also know this guy doesn't take any shit. One wrong word from Starfire and her brains would be strewn about the catacombs in an instant.
Gil smiled weakly. "Let's stick together shall we?" He shot a warning 'Calm Down' Glance at Aalis, "We need to figure out what's next. I say we leave." Guile scoffed, shaking his head. "We're safe down here, it's only one hellhound, The rest are out there, above ground. They won't come down here..." The guys locked eyes in hesitance and doubt. "... Right?" The Wizard wasn't one for taking chances. When hurling a lighting bolt at an enemy, you only have one shot to kill ém or you're the one dying. You have to have wicked accuracy... And this was one of the times he didn't want to take his chances. "I'm going, whether you come with me or not. We're going to Die down here, where it's safe. Rotting away." He shook his head frantically. "I may be a coward, but i'd rather stand a fighting chance out there than to wait for myself to starve down here.... Who's with me? And Who's with Guile? He'll bleed to death, who know, might even turn into one of those things. Just a friendly warning..."
He glanced around at his so-called friends and waited for an answer.
