I wanted to write this out a while back for a Lepus I was gunna play and I wanted to create a back story not to mention a future plan to open a stand so here is a quick idea of what I was thinking about before hand. I wanted to use this as some sort of template. Its not done yet though.
=====================================================================================================================================
Region: Pollead- Wastelands City: Glencelt History: The Region of Pollead was a lush, vibrant land filled with amazing animals of all varieties, rivers running in cascades of waters clissening like diamonds, caves of ore and rare minerals anything that can catch your eye. With all these magnificent features it couldnt do anything more then help develop the city of Glencelt, a city built on Trades of the market and entertainment. With so much beauty and activity, it was bound to attract the attention of those whom would be happy to help you lighten the load, by reaching in your pocket. As more and more people of the aggressive and greedy nature appeared in the city, fights in the streets, kidnapping, stealing and murder started to begin to have a strangle hold over the city less nobles and kind hearted civilians came about. The people of Glencelt finally had enough and challenged these invaders to have control of their land back. Arguments escalated into fights, fights into battles and battles into wars. These were constant and still is a major factor to this day. The conflict flattened and destroyed that land into what could only be called a "Wasteland". The waterfalls dried up, the caves were stripped clean and all structors turned into ruin. Glencelt is only a fraction of what it once was, creating creatures of which man has yet to experience. Most would think a collection of such disaster would be a no mans land, but youd be wrong. Infact those who destroyed this beautiful land now resides on the Waste. Chaos rules, Law is abandon and justice is served by the people.
These are the few common humoniods/creatures that can be found in the area:
Common Humanoids ================
Basilisk Calimarin Deadly Slime Elf, Deep Dweller Gargantuan Centipede Ghost Ghoul Goblin Gremlin Gypsy Lepus Mimic Ogre Orc Plaguer Poltergeist Rakshasa Shade Shadowdancer Theif Undead Jester Wererat Zombie
========================================================================================================================================
The monsters I have chosen are not ment to be forced but they are the common visitors youd see in Glencelt. I had an idea for the Lepus to follow up on working with this idea. This helps create quests and ideas I had and to create the Lepus background story.

The chances are there BUT the true story has yet to be built and I got the idea brewing in my head. Once I fill it out I can take a further look at the possibilities.

You wanted to hear a story? I got a story for you. The story is filled with pain and pleasure, happiness and sadness, celebration and revenge. I am going to tell you the story of what had really happened to the lands of Pollead and the rebirth of a long forgotten race.
Many centuries ago, a land which was once called Pollead was filled with such beautiful and splendid growth. Many fields of multicolored flowers that stood tall in day and at night created shelters to all the creatures that roamed it. Loud roar water falls that pour
pure clear water, so shiny and clear it was that a lot had mistaken it as an avalanche of precious gems and jewels. The rivers that ran through it, as if it were the veins of the lands were so calm that they had believed that this was the reason why no creature on the
land had a speck of fear, but only calm serenity. The large mountainous rocks that surround the lands felt like protective hugs a mother would give to her child. These mountains even bared caves of true ores and rare minerals that even Dwarves would stop and need to be
forcefully removed or they could end up losing their life to the caves.
These artifacts and wonders of the world were not kept protected by themselves. Oh no, this took true effort, commitment and love by all the creatures of the land. No more so then the Lepus.
The Lepus are creatures that would most likely be comparable to that of what you would call a "Rabbit" and/or a "Bunny", but with a body form of a Humanoid. The Lepus at this time were proud creatures, the more evolved race that existed on the lands. They kept basic and
simple lives. They farmed, mined and harvest only what they needed and maintain as well as protect it when they had no need for it. These creatures stood tall, wore breathable cloth clothing, really only covering the gentler areas. They showed there personalities through
the tribal paint they had placed on their fur and war bones or scavenged pieces of kills or great victories they had won as trophy's on them at all times. This for the men showed pride and man hood, for the females it gave them the impression of power, protection and
love. The Lepus didn't have any form of school, but were taught shortly after birth all the knowledge of there forefathers. Jobs that each Lepus would have to do in there mature ages were NOT picked but given by the Shaman (Druid) of the tribe. The Shaman of this time was
called, Saraha. The Shaman would be the spiritual guidance to all Lepus of the tribe, helping give advice and new advice that she was predicting from her hut. All Lepus tribes have one Shaman (Druid) and one Life Breather (a.k.a. Libera (Healer)). Tribes were led by
Chiefs, the strongest, the most respected and the most experience Lepus the tribe had to offer. Leading the tribe of this story was Boboiet, The Firm Hearted. Chief Boboiet was given this title when he settled a war, starvation and genocide of his people when he only
made decisions he felt his heart wanted and never back down, even the slightest when that decision became challenged. Thus came about when he fell in love with Saraha, the tribes Shaman. The Chief and Shaman did eventually did create a family of at least half a dozen
Lepi. For the story only one name will be given, Fris.
On this day, Saraha gave birth to her child just as a messenger came rushing into the birthing hut in a panic.
"Chief! Chief!" huffed the Messenger "Something landed on our beaches! I have no idea what it is, no one does. You must come!"
Chief Boboiet looked back at his wife and his children that were just born. With a saddened but firm look he glanced at Saraha's eyes as she nodded, knowing full well that he had to take on his Chieftain duties no matter what the cause.
"Don't worry my children, father will be back I promise." said soothingly at he children who were crying. All expect one, Fris.
"Just over this ridge Chief!" spoke the Lepus Messenger.
Chief Boboiet and the Messenger slowly approached the edge and glanced over to take a look at these visitors. What a surprise, big wooden structures with flapping fabrics tied firmly to the shafts off the long wood pillars. Chief noticed large scorched holes in the
fabric but paid it no mind. From these structure came pink creatures in shiny, smooth looking clothing and large puffy hair. From the distance the Chief listened in to any conversation he was able to pick up any information he could use.
He heard, "WOW! I didn't think we were going to make it..." one of the pink creatures said as he wiped sweat from his brow "Those Pirates were persistent."
"Pirates?" spoke Chief Boboiet to himself softly.
"They were mean, thuggish, dirty and tough... they could've made me their wench any day" chuckled one pink hued fleshed creature to another.
"Wha...?" spoke the Messenger.
"Come on." whispered the Chief to the Messenger as they both crept backwards off the ledge and back to the tribe.
There the Chief called a meeting to all tribesman, and explained what he had seen. Concerned, Chief Boboiet told everyone to be one their toes and try not to come in contact with these "Water-Pinkards" until they had figured out what they wanted. Chief Boboiet placed
several Lepus on watch, to keep an eye over the visitors.
Time passes as the Lepus watch the Water-Pinkards chop down their trees, fish out of their rivers and pluck their crop. The Water-Pinkards were making a home, and didn't show evidence that they were going to leave any time soon. The Lepus continued to main the bio,
leaving the new creatures non the wiser. This was until one of the Water-Pinkards went off to the river for catch some fish at an unpredicted time. While at the river, the Water-Pinkard raised his spear at the water stabbing at it fiercely. In the reflection he caught a
glimpse of what he can only figure was a very large Rabbit using a net and fishing. With the keen sense, the Lepus took off before the Water-Pinkard could really figure it out. This how ever didn't stop him from following this giant furry creature. The Pinkard followed
the Lepus deep into the bush, keeping as quite as he could. Finally, he came to a small portion of the forest where you could see this creature.
"Oh what a sight" the Pinkard thought to himself.
The Lepus fur was smooth, thick and covered in interesting shapes.
"Oh, 'ow I could get me self a lass with a pelt like that." With no second thought, the Pinkard winds his spear back and hurls it at the Lepus.
The Lepus takes off in a flash with a single yelp left behind.
"Did I get et?" said a confused and concerned Pinkard huntsman.
Time passes and rustling comes from deep in the bushes when a Lepus leaps into the middle of the tribe camp and quickly collapses.
"MOVE BACK!" boomed the Chief "Get the Libera here NOW!"
Quickly a few females disappear from the crowd and rush over to the hut.
"What happened? Who did this to you?" exclaimed the Chief
With a crackling voice and bare breath the injured Lepus replies "It was one of the Pinkards... It... It followed me from the stream while I was catching fish... It wasn't suppose to be there..."
"So they mean harm. We cant let this go on further, gather our Warriors. We need to drown these creatures." boastfully cried the Chief.
Saraha stands at the Birthing Hut's doorway, and lets out a shy but holds a solid ground knowing fair and well her husband is strong.
Leading the hoard of angered Lepus, he brings them to the ledge of the ridge as they look over. They could see all the Pinkards gathered around in a circle of someone who they could only assume was the attacker.
"It was a giant rabbit! At least 9 feet tall! I saw it at the river, fishing of all things. I followed it until I got a chance. I threw my spear, and I am more than positive of got it but it was so quick. Got away for I could blink" rumored the excited creature.
"Above all else, leave him to me..." said the Chief.
The Warriors slowly crawl back from the ledge, ready themselves and with a single roar they all leap off the edge landing gracefully on the sandy beach and charge at the crowd. Screams bellow out from the females, screams of men telling each other to arm up and to get
back behind cover. The Warriors take quick action by barricading the doors to the structures, disarming the weak and wounding the aggressors. From the back, Chief Boboiet catches the eye of the huntsman as they both stare each other down. The Pinkard huntsman makes the
first move, blurting out a fearful war cry as the Chief charges after him releasing one of this throwing weapons off over the ocean. When the huntsman and the Chief clash, the huntsman in experience to combat swings to high as the Chief ducks the swing, slicing the
thighs of the huntsman, as he falls from pain the Chief takes his weapons and from each shoulder he slashes down to just underneath his rib cage forcing his hands to drop. Chief Boboiet takes a quick moment as his throwing weapon comes back onto the beach cracking the
huntsman knocking him out as he collapses to the sand and the Chief catching the weapon on the rebound. The Chief looking back catches of what we know now as a book, it reads "Lands and its creatures". Interested the Chief leans down.
"STOP! Don't kill him!" says a voice from behind Boboiet.
Startled, the Chief leans down and puts his bladed weapon to the huntsman's throat.
"Don't do it. That's my sisters kid. Stupid as he may be, he doesn't deserve to die" said the man.
This man stood puff chested, broad shouldered and ever so proud. Chief Boboiet knew right away that this man was their leader.
"Why are you here and why are you trying to kill this idiot?" asked the leader.
"I'm Chief Boboiet, The Firmed Hearted! You came to my land and attacked my tribe." justly the Chief responded "This "idiot" injured one of the gatherers. You creatures came on wooden structures, pilfered our land and raped our resources. He deserves to die and so does
all your Water-Pinkards!"
The man thinks about how the Chief looked at the book and collects himself.
"I am Captain Untoo. We fled here from other lands to rebuild. We had no idea this land was even inhabited by intelligent creatures." the Captain clears his throat and continues "I saw you looking at the book, its about respecting the land and its life. We're farmers and
we are raised to respect it as well. We may have gotten carried away, and for that I apologize but please don't take it out my crew." said Captain Untoo, moving closer to his nephew.
Captain Untoo picks up the book and hands it to Chief Boboiet. The Chief presses the blade closer to the nephew and looks at the Captain eye to eye. The Chief takes a moment and than reaches over and snatches the book out of the Captains hands.
"All due respect Chief, we need this land. Without we'll die." The Captain looks at the Chief who is examining the book very interested "Hows this. We'll do a trade."
"A trade?" quickly responds the Chief.
"Yes a trade. Well more of a bargain... Something that will help us both out. You teach us about these lands, how to live with it instead of against and we'll teach you and your people everything we know." suggested Captain Untoo.
The Chief thinks about it and replies "This Pinkard needs to pay"
"Let me take care of him. He'll pay alright for a long long time. We'll help you the best we can the further the recovery of you man, as a gift and to apologize for what has happened." claimed Captain Untoo.
The Chief nods they both firmly shake hands.
"By the way. This whole "Pinkards" thing is going to need to stop. Call us "Humans" or "Man" but anything but "Pinkards". Its like your castrating me." chuckled the Captain.
Within years the Humans and Lepus worked as one to expand, grow and maintain the lands and each race. They taught each other everything the other had to offer. The Tribe became a village, the village became a town and the town became a city which will be named GLENCELT. Glencelt opened its gated to traders from all over, entertainers of all kinds and all who wanted to educate themselves. Glencelt became the largest and most known trading post that has ever been. Buildings stretching to the clouds, built in all shapes, sizes and styles
that matched the mixed vibe of both the Humans and Lepus. Glencelt became so active and lively that all forms of aggression was wiped clean and the use of practical combat vanished. Though the children still learn it all, it was more for exercise then for practical use.
Well the Chief, Shaman Saraha and Captain Untoo have long passed and the there children have all grown up. Each of the kids taking roles in maintaining what the fathers have appointed law in the Glencelt. Slowly rumors came about of a strong power source that pulsed from
the lands. An aura if you will that seemed to enhance the powers Wizards in the city could produce. With this knowledge, of course it caught some attention. People speculated that a God laid beneath the crusts, in the verge of waking up. Other believe that gems and
ores were souls of the damned trapped screaming to be freed. The Wizards only believed it could be one thing, The Revalged. It was a book that kept the secrets to all things of the universe. They believe that the land was once the source and birthing ground of how
Wizards came to be.
With that, Fris, Son of Boboiet took the initiative to smoother the rumors as soon as possible. This was to no prevail. Quickly more and more Wizards came to the shores claiming the land was theirs. Cults came shore claiming it was there's and started fights with Wizards
and the people Glencelt alike. The city was turning on its head and in a hurry. Fris gathered the cities greatest Warriors and started patrolling the streets, arresting all aggressors who came forth. The Wizards started casting spells at one another, they hurled Fireballs
and Lightning Balls at the Warriors trying to maintain the peace. On the day the sky turned black and a storm came upon Glencelt a master Wizard called Theodorn came to the lands and demanded that all Wizards heed his command and free the land of it wild beasts. All the
Wizards formed a large circle around the city in a dome like shape. A hole opened up in the sky as all the Wizards chanted. Moments later it came. All the Wizards released a blast to the center of the city, of pure chaotic arcana. The blast tore the city to dust, the
fields of flowers wilted and collapsed to the dirt. The river stopped flowing as it dried up. The diamond waterfalls turned a crimson red and smelt of iron. The mountains split with cracks causing the earth itself to open up. The blast turned the lands into a
Wasteland. After all was done, nothing was left. No one was left alive in Glencelt. This was the day when Pollead was eliminated by a mass blasted of what is called "Sphere of Annihilation".
Off in the distance a Lepus looks on at the blast. You see, when Fris noticed trouble was coming he helped the children of the city escape to distance mountain safe of all magic. The stones themselves were covered in gems that glowed, but when struck with any spell it
consumed it glew brighter. The child Lepus knew that his father was dead, and so was everyone else left in the city. No one could have survived the attack, and he took it on himself to protect and keep safe the rest of the kids who made it. He retained all knowledge that
was taught to him and that was educated through the years Glencelt existed.
That Lepus was is me, Sloth. My father was Fris, the Commander of the Guards and the last Glencelt Chief of the Lepus. From now on, I take this role onto myself and vow to eliminate all Wizards that exist on this world. The Lepus will rise again. We have the knowledge of
Glencelt and the aggression and rage of the Lepus. This will not stand.
These days, Glencelt is nothing more then a Wasteland filled with Thieves, Murderers, Beasts and Undead Creatures you can only imagine. What was a thriving city of trade is now a Black Market of scum and whores. You need to be tough and learn to cope if you have any
hopes of surviving on these lands.
As for Captain Untoo's Grandchildren, well they haven't been seen since the escape. Most assume they got to the shores of the sea and onto the ships the same way their Grandfather got to these lands. No one knows if they dead or alive. Only speculations at this point.

Here's the story but I would like to mention I just did a small grammar and spelling check for the first 1/3 of the work. Some of it may still be messed and/or the story may be a little confusing. Questions I can answer. HAHA
