Val nodded. 'Just as I thought, their fear of Angelic beings was placed in something other than Folklore and Mythologies... Smart but not well prepared.' Though in Valourie's experience not many followed Norse Legends. So internally she admitted to herself she was asking a high price of the woman. 'Someone is out there, I can feel it. A faint malevolence...' She shook her head, not even sure how to describe it to herself, let alone letting an Ex Demon in on her Celestial workings... '..creature of negative energy, dark by nature, troubled, albeit the source doesn't give off the Evil vibe... Perhaps yet another Soul in need of Guidance.' She furrowed a brow and side glanced to Des. "There's someone coming, I- Hmm..." It was Obvious whatever was lurking beyond their sights had stumped Valourie, all of a sudden, her confidence had turned into a Curiosity that tugged on her core. She was drawn to it. Much Like she was drawn to Destael, or any other Lost Soul. She had a sort of Homing Beacon, a Magnetic force that pointed her toward her calling. The Valkyrie often assumed it was the will of her Gods. The Amazon in her never asked questions she knew would never be answered. She tried to pull her attention back to the topic at hand. Snapping out of her trance she realized Destael's gaze had followed hers and the Woman was almost as worried as she was.
"Forgive us. Valkyries." She said, now finding it more relevant than ever to try and shed some light, on the situation. "Valkyries have a calling, a Sacred Duty to our Gods. A Purpose that gave them incentive to deliver me here, In Wildgard. As the Demon that once prowled these lands in Darkness, you should have no troubles figuring out what is meant by my Purpose here." She grit her teeth as the enchanted Coils tightened with each word, the pain could be seen in the flicking yellow of her eyes. "The Balance of Wildgard, the Balance of Good and Evil was greatly influenced by your presence here, awhhh-" She winced. Trying to force out the words. "The Land and everyone around it. are. in great danger. the land itself is Dying." She took a deep steadying breath, She could feel it cringe. "Death is granted so frequently here. people are dropping like flies and the souls are being lost. There is no one left to keep the Land. No Elves. Even the More Powerful Druids are Corrupt. No one to Nurse the Earth back to Health. The Land suffers still, for over a Century. And Now the People are being Affected. Plagues, Disease, Viruses, Sickness, Strange fields of energy corrupting the people. The Land is retaliating."
She winced, holding her head. "I'm sorry, I can't say any more." She shook her head, wings curling around her, almost in comfort.
