"Marlo, the reason I brought you down here is because I needed to speak with you in private. There is a gravely urgent need for you. A request has been made of you, by your captain. He is in dire need of you assistance. I have your check point on this map." ~Hands Marlo a map with a sickened worried look in his eyes~ "I, Nathaniel Gra-eyfang, cousin of Wulfric Greyfang was sent a raven by him. He only had time to pen out one letter. He stated he wished he could have sent one to you, he is deeply sorry however you are needed at this checkpoint. You will receive more instruction there. Please HURRY. My cousin is counting on you"

Marlo had been curious when Nathaniel had asked to talk to her away from the other villagers and her curiosity had only risen when he asked to speak removed from Greyhawks. Obediently following Nathaniel away from other eyes and ears, the hobbit assessed his expression with concern. Clearly, something was troubling Wildgard's most recent visitor. To reiterate the need for their privacy in advance to speaking should have made her wary, (especially so soon after overthrowing High Priestess K,) but the thought honestly never crossed her mind.
Marlo stood attentive to what Nathaniel was saying, regarding him in earnest. She was eager to enlist the newest Hawk, a man by the name of Red, to help in whatever matter may be unsettling Wildgard now. If nothing more, it would be a chance to grow more as a team and a family. Marlo may not have had a family to return to back home, but she could proudly say that she was finding a new one in the Greyhawks. She owed a lot to Wulfric for both his friendship and in his unit filling the place where her blood-family once sat. If there was some new problem, she was confident that even without their squad leader the Greyhawks could handle it. She was proud to be a part of their banner and prouder still that a perfect stranger should come to them for help. Even if his problems ended up being lofty and the Hawks required more assistance, they clearly had the support of the other residents of Wildgard. Whatever his news, the hobbit was sure they could handle it.
At least until Nathaniel proceeded that was.
Her posture completely changed at the mention of Wulfric in danger, morphing from worry that this strange visitor was in peril to the more personal matter of her closest living friend being in harms way. Swallowing the bile that was rising up in her throat at further thoughts of just how critical it could be for someone like her almost-brother, Marlo glanced down at the map pages in her hands numbly. For someone with lycanthropy who was traveling past villages that held grudges against his kind, a hazard was easily imaginable. Especially when all the while Wulfric would no doubt be fretting over protecting Canni. Marlo felt nauseated when further recalling how he'd simultaneously be trying to re-enter a land he had fought Ork armies in. Not to mention been disowned from....
Normally the healer never would have left Wildgard while the commander of the Greyhawks was absent, but right now she was too worried about the consequences of not leaving soon enough. Nodding her head in a daze, she hastily folded up the maps and packed them away. "I-- " she began, turning back to face Nathaniel on her way to rush out from the clearing they had been speaking in. She faltered, unsure of what to say before finally settling for a lame "thank you."
Racing away from their impromptu meeting spot, Marlo hastily thought over who she would have to inform first before she could go. In danger or not, Wulfric would skin her if she left before informing the Hawks and at least a few of their allies. While she was naive in most aspects of her life, the hobbit was familiar to travel. More specifically, that you never depart without telling someone where you are going. It took a moment, but she finally narrowed down the long list of allies, banners, and friends, to three that she could really trust. Red would seamlessly deliver the message throughout the Hawks, and that would have to be her first priority. As uncomfortable with choosing someone to run things without Wulfric's input, Red's experience and proven loyalty was the most logical decision. Meanwhile Gavin and Thorror had worked so closely with Wulfric and her during the revolt against the high priestess, kept secrets and burned bridges on their behalf? They were as loyal and wise as any allies she could ask for. Their obvious courage and level-headed nature were exact aspects that the Hawks would need if they were going to continue with such a sudden and complete change in structure, however brief it may be.
Time was limited. Three would have to do. And Marlo knew that these were the three that would best know what to do in such a situation. Promptly scribbling the news and the names of the place indicated on the map, Marlo sent off three ravens before packing her things without further delay.
She had never been religious, but now she prayed she hadn't wasted too much time already. Marlo had just begun dealing with loss. She couldn't fathom doing it again so soon.

Needless to say, this was going to be a journey that would suck. Whatever it's true purpose, Marlo hadn't the faintest suspicions.

She adjusted the leather mask over her face. and then Adjusted her armors... She could feel it, The Plot thickening. It was often said, not often felt. The Angels long elven ears honed in on the sounds of someone's boots shifting up the stone steps and into the light of day. Th Angel stood Waiting at the exit, a good 25 feet away. Back leaned up against a tree resting on the warm downy of her folded wings. Yellow eyes bright like the sunlight on a summer afternoon. Focused on the entrance to the Catacombs. 'Is this what I've been sensing?' She wondered, silently watching as a man appeared. Pushing herself away from the tree she started toward him, radiating white light.

She does not respond, The Angel closes the distance between them and stands 6 feet away. "We wish the same question to be answered of you." She knew this man. she'd seen him several times about Wildgard, with others following behind him. The Forest still smelt of him. She took a good look at what him and could also Sense another person, so she turned her head back to the Catacombs. 'There is another.... but who?'

The Angel fluffed out her wings and bowed. "You may call us Guardian Angels. On a Personal level however, My name is Valourie. Formerly an Elven Amazon... Now a Valkyrie sent here from Asgard on Odin's orders. That is all I can tell you. I am a friend." Again her attention pulled her toward the Catacombs, it was too much to ignore. She lifted her arms and Pointed to the Exit. "Who... is there."

She Glared at the Catacombs and then Turned to Nathaniel. "Yes, all of the Above, though we're not sure all of them know Us." She tired to delve into his heart, to feel through his barriers and directly into his emotions with her Divine Powers, "May we ask what your Business is in Wildgard? we understand if you don't trust us, we are after all.. a stranger to you." She smiled, lightly bowing her head, Wings fluffing out behind her and nestling in a folded position again.

Val could see the man was on important business, and there was no way that he would talk to her. She frowned, not very pleased, but there was nothing that she could do. Perhaps she would have to find another way to do things. "forgive me for interrupting you, please. Be on your way." She let the man pass, watching him closely.
