Halizar smiled. It really wasn't too late to save Starfire's soul. Unlike how he failed to save Destael "That is MUCH better. Your defiance shows me that you haven't yet fully abandoned your "human world" emotion. There is hope for you yet" He hopped up off the throne and landed in front of the door and turned half around to face Starfire, gesturing her to follow him "I suggested you could have the choice to go out there alone and you chose not to. I will honour that. As such, you won't be going out there alone"  .............. Halizar chuckled "You'll be going out there WITH ME, instead" |

Grabbing his hand pulling him back. "Wait a minute..." She got a but worried about stepping outside, she'd never been out there, she's only looked out there, seen the sky and the army but what did Halizar have in mind. "Hoped? What does that mean exactly and outside. I'd be slaughtered if I stepped out there and if you told them about D, it would make everything worse would it not!?" She didn't want to die on the demon plane. She'd rather not die at all. But that was a risk she made the first time she stepped on this plane.

Halizar tugged star forward and kept walking
"Afraid now, are you? You weren't afraid to challenge my authority only a moment ago. Now you cower at the thought of facing the peons?"
"Your emotions are fickle but it was those emotions that gave you the fearlessness to face me the way you did. Now they only need be honed"
The pair were coming closer to the exit now
"Just stay behind me and keep your mouth shut to the demons, their focus should be on me anyways...... mostly"

She stumbled forward as he kept moving, she obeyed and followed behind as she released her hand from his. Nodding her head she kept her eyes to the ground. Rememberin back to what Des had said to her the first time being on the plane. 'Be as non threatening as you can, no eye contact talking or anything.' She smiled slightly but frowned felling the energy of the well get weaker with each step she took.

The pair were outside the castle now. As they walked through the barracks, the demons continued with their mundane selves. Fighting amongst each other, flying around, sleeping, ........ fighting amongst each other. Some of the few that were lounging around would turn their heads and inspect Starfire; glaring as the two walked past
"See? They HARDLY even notice you, let alone me" Halizar told her
When the two were about in the centre of the region, Halizar stopped and waited. The demons kept on doing what they were doing.
Turning back to face Starfire; Halizar lifted his left hand into the air, his fingers filling up with white light. The eyes of the demons that had been glaring earlier saw this and their eyes now instead turned wide open as they hit the ground, hiding behind whatever was closest to them
"Watch this", he said to Star with a bit of a laugh
Halizar then snapped his fingers. The white light surged out, creating a shockwave of light. Everywhere around them demons were dropping their weapons and fluttering from the sky due to the burning sensation of the white light, some of them fainting outright. Only the more powerful demons of the army were able to stop themselves from dropping to their knees. Halizar let a huge smirk cross his face. That trick never got old.
NOW he would have their full attention in a moment or two, once they recovered.

As they were outside Star was terrified. She had a bad feeling about being outside, remembering what Des had told er and the way she was treated when she got here was bad enough, but if one of them got a hold of her, she'd be done for. Turning her head she made eye contact with a demon so she looked at the ground. She picked up her pace and grabbed Halizars arm. Star gripped tighter the farther they walked, her nails dug into his arm a bit but lightened when he started talking. "I just, don't want to die here... Des had told me stories about the way women are treated here and its not fun.." She kept her eyes on the ground but as they stopped quickly there was a flash of white light. Watching the flying demons land and some fall to their knees made her smile but she giggled. "Interesting.. I forgot about White light being a thing." She turned around still latched onto his arm, she was trying to absorb every piece of the land.

"Yes, the white light of the human plane. It is the best weapon you have, should you happen to get caught; you would do well to remember it. Though there are SO many beings of our world whom would use the white light to erradicate these entire species. That is why there is an unwritten rule about beings of our plane NOT being allowed to cross over to this realm. Just as how our plane brings out the softer sides in demons, this plane would likely bring out the ugliest in the peoples from our world. Prejudice and shallow judgement which would all so quickly turn into genocide of the demon species. With this white light I could have taken this entire plane for myself awhile ago, caused such a genocide....."
Halizar shrugged
"But alas it turns out that I am not such a villain after all, now am I?"
As the army finished recovering from the wave of light, Halizar's face turned stern as he faced their entirety. And in a single word, conveyed the one command that they had all been waiting for all along. That they had been wanting for:
.... "Fly"
And as such, the demons took flight and the skies were filled with cheers and battle-cries alike. "Forward, to Balthezar's realm"
Halizar turned to Starfire and simply said ,"Let's go"

A wave of fear rushed through her as she heard the name 'Balthezar'. Her eyes went wide as her stomach began to turn, she knew she shouldn't have come back to the demon plane, the kid wanted to go and Harkat could have gone but the kid would be torn apart and Harkat doesn't know everything that happened. She sighed in defeat and let go of Halizar's arm once again. "Yes my Lord." Star said as she walked back a few steps then took a running start, her wings picked up speed and she was up. She fear what was going ti happen next, she didn't want anything to happen but she wanted revenge on Balthezar, if now was the right time then so be it. "Whats your plan? And when are you going to tell them about you know who?" She questioned.

-During their flight between continents, Halizar answered many of the questions that Starfire had asked; he had also filled her in on some of his more secret agendas and the meaning behind them-
The pair had finally come near to the continent and the army waiting a few miles "off-shore", hovering above the empty chasm that seperated the continents. The coast line was filled with rock pillars and caverns in the earth to hide soldiers amongst. A first line of defense against an opposing warlord's army
Taking a spot forward of the army, Halizar began to charge a sphere of dark energy. Turning back to face the demons, he spoke aloud:
"The red Warlord is DEAD. Killed by Balthezar on a world not of here. and by demon "law", HE is your warlord now....."
Now the army was going into a commotion. "The warlord is dead? We are free? Maybe we should take the throne" there was a lot of infighting and unrest amongst them and a few of the higher ranking demons took off back towards the castle. Some of the lesser ranked demons flew into Balthezar's lands. Halizar would remove whichever of the demons that was left standing in the throne room once they returned
The sphere he held continued to grow larger and larger as he spoke, showing no signs of slowing down
"As such, should any of you choose to cross over into the lands of your new warlord; do so. I cannot promise that you will make it very far though. Or you can stand behind my power and not suffer such a terrible fate. Power enough to even challenge Balthezar"
"For power and vengeance"
Halizar held the now GIANT dark sphere down towards the land.
Turning his head to Starfire, he whispered: "For Destael"; and then let loose the Sphere of annihilation.

"For Desteal..." She mumbled closing her eyes.
"Shall we?" She questioned as a hand guided toward the ground holding her staff in her other hand.

The giant sphere tore open the landscape, flushing out demons from their hiding places and into the air where Halizar's remaining loyal soldiers could better fight them. In the skies
Halizar was pleasantly surprised at Star's eagerness to get into the fray. She was growing up rather quickly
"Oh, but of course. Ladies first" Halizar told her, with a slight bow and gesture
He doubted she was ready for aerial combat, or a large war. He was going to have to keep a close watch on her.

She smirked at his gesture and flew forward. Scared but knowing what she needed to do. Star grasped her staff properly, adjusting her armor on her arm she picked up speed. The other's shoved her out of the way, some telling her to go back home, that she was useless on the battle field. Getting even more angry she pushed past them, her staff just making it past them.
Watching forward her eyes locked on a single enemy, he was a bit lower so she flew down a bit pointing her staff downward and into the demons shoulder. She was pissed, the demons were treating her like shit and her warlord, the person she felt guided her died in front of her. Watching the enemy bring his sword down on her she removed her staff and blocked his hit, she was happy that it hit where there was no armor.
Her eyes shawn a venom greenas she smiled at his pain, he mighy not been dying but it was still a hit that she was proud of. Swinging down she aimed for his stomach, he didn't seem to block her hit but he dropped his sword clitching his stomach. Star smiled and pushed down digging her thumb into his shoulder. Removing her staff she pushed him down watching him fall to the ground.
Satisfied she turned back to Halizar with a smirk. "Your turn."
