just as Ashen was about to speak agian, she flinched in pain. this time a bit more then the others, which clearly she resisted. "clearly he didnt like that thought...asshole" she muttered. Ashen took releif that there was actually a way for her to possibly be free of Cinder, though...she didnt desire to get him killed. she couldnt help but agree with him, his fear was well placed. If Ashen was ever on D's black list, the kintu would be writing a will.
Ashen watched D pass in the gathering area, speaking of her gained knowledge."demon...demon well...like...in the demon plane?" at the very thought of going back to that plane, Ashen skin began to grow pale. She remembered when Halizaar took her to the very plane D hailed from for knowledge on demon channels and wells; only to get him to open a portal moments later, so Ashen could run home.
shaking her head of those thoughts, she promised Fallen she would ride herself of the demon, she had to give up the power...she promised.
"figure out? there isnt a for sure way...you still havent told me how much i will be in debt to you for this...if it works that is, not to doubt your power, i have learned quickly not to second guess a demon."

The warlord stopped pacing and turned to Ashen. "Yes, my plane. There isn't much I could do here. You've got a demon in you and the only way to deal with it is on the demon plane." She paused briefly, snorting. "You're not even supposed to be on this plane you dumbass, never mind in a human."
Sighing, she let her hands fall to her sides. "I haven't asked for anything..." She pursed her lips in thought for a moment. "Why do you think I'm here? It's not because I'm evil, if I was, you'd all know. Then why?" She raised a brow.
"I'm on this damned plan to help: to stop the demons that I accidentally drew here in the first place. Wildgard wasn't on the map for my kind before I got here. So no...I'm not going to ask you for anything. Well...anything short of eyes and ears perhaps when it comes to demonic activity."

Ashen gaze seemed now to be locked on the Demon. She would indeed have to return back to that horrible place. almost every fiber of her being was telling her to refuse, to keep Cinder and just live her life.
'but i promised' she reminded herself. Cinder was screaming in her head, come backs he wanted to say the red haired woman for continuously insulting him.
"forgive me if im not to...trusting, at first... every time i have tried to help you, or even come close to you, a blade has been toward me, last i even remember of you the bandits where after you and Star...and she begged for me to help you. when i tried i felt the hilt of your blade hit the back of my head. when i finally came to you where no where to be found and star was in danger trying to protect you, claiming she loved you." Ashen paused before continuing fighting her anger while remembering the event.
"we set the bandits camp on fire, to distract them for you...and i had to end up shooting her in the heart...to save her from being tortured and raped by that very group of bandits you pissed off...least you making an amends now i guess, does stop some purple demon coming after me just the other day...theres apparently some blue haired one as well from what i gather from my sons rants about the Dark Temple."
Finally her rant was finishing, to her eye D had a lot to answer for, but also admired her ability to take what she was; and correct herself.
"ill still take your help, just with experience...i dont trust demons...didn't even know Cinder was a Demon until he entered my body." she muttered.
Ashen turned to grab her coat from where she dropped it only to return her gaze to D. "ill still be in your debt and i will repay you, even if it is to simply be your eyes and ears on this plane..." slowly she put the coat on glaceing back at the fire for a moment. "when can we get started? with the head ach he is giving me and the promise i made...sooner the better."

The warlord sighed, crossing her arms again. "I'm sorry about that. Starfire was never supposed to be caught up in our plan but by the time she was it was to late to stop it. If you can remember correctly that was the day there was a massive war brewing between the barbarians and the people of wildgard. Thistle and I had hatched a plan to stop it. Out goal was to give them all a villain that they could join together and defeat."
"No one was in on it except Thistle, myself and Ursa. My betrayal of your guild was to make the barbarians trust me so I could also betray them. I had intended to die a martyr but things don't always worked out the way we plan." She smiled slightly, raising her gaze that had become distant to the kinto. "But you're right not to trust demons. My entire race is volatile and has a base inclination towards evil. I can feel it within myself even now. Fortunately my time spent as a human has taught me how to control it."
"I don't blame you for his possession....although personally I would never invite another consciousness in. It's aaalll on him, taking the cowards way out. Possessing a human. What a disgusting display of cowardice. Although I suppose I shouldn't have expected anything less from a male demon."
Turning, her long red tipped hair bounced across her shoulders as she walked towards the door. "I don't have the capacity to open a portal. So we'll have to leave through the one I entered from. Follow me, it's not far." She stopped with her hand on the nob, waiting for the woman to follow.

just as ashen began to follow the red haired demon, Cinder began to rage. she felt the fire within her beginging to flare up. quickly she removed the black fabric from her damaged eye; making sure to keep it closed. Ashen didnt desire to burn anyone, Cinder however; wanted to burn D for the continuous insults.
stepping closer toward her, ignoring the pain cinder was causing. Ashen was wary of her distance by the demon, the metal on the kintu began to glow. heat radiating off her body like a bonfire now.
"ill be behind you, Cinder is...testy. i cant control him for much longer if he keeps getting set off."
looking toward the Demon, the kinto smirked. "After you" It wasnt just Ashens voice, it was Cinders along with hers.

Stepping outside, the warlord plucked the massive glaive from the wall where it had rested before glancing back at the woman. "You won't have to deal with him much longer. Follow me."
Starting down the path, Destael ducked into the woods and turned towards the direction of the portal back. She couldn't help but antagonize whoever was possessing Ashen. The fact that he stooped so low to actually possess a human disgusted her. Not to mention that he wasn't giving her the respect she demanded as a warlord. She forced herself to stop speaking, in fear that he would harm Ashen even further. She could see the pain that he inflicted on her. Typical demon.
As the portal came in sight, she stopped short of it waiting for Ashen to join her. It appeared to be a tear in the very air, a mirror like shimmering crack in reality. She didn't fear anyone stepping into her world since they could do no damage except to themselves. And on her side it was protected so nothing would escape. The danger was that it would close before she managed to get back. Being trapped on this plane again was not something she desired.
"You ready?" She spoke, her voice soft as she glanced at the kinto.

Ashen followed, being careful to not touch any thing that could be caught a blaze. leaves branches bark, she had had to avoid it all, and not remain still long enough for fire to become a threat. only reason Cinder wasnt able to do anything as of yet, was becasue Ashen willed it to not happen...something that was fading quickly due to fatigue. she hoped it wouldnt take long, she didnt have the chance to wake Fallen and tell him where she was going, not even a note. luck was never really on her side, hopefully he would forgive her.
noticing D stop looking at what looked to be a portal, Ashen stood beside her. her emotionless mask, was long gone. her skin turned pale once more as she looked at it.
"how...strongly are you respected in there...my last visit was with a demon named Halizaar...i was only in your plane for a moment before wanting to leave..." Ashen admitted, slight fear laced her words.

Destael's laugh was genuine at the woman's words. "You have no idea what my title means, do you?" She thought for a moment. Halizar that brought her to the demon plane? That bugger, he hadn't even told her that. "You would have been safe with Halizar, as you will be safe with me."
"Jump through first. I'll be right behind you in order to catch you." The portal she used wasn't just like stepping through a door since their two plans were to far apart to touch. One had to pass through the void in order to get to the other side. Which was much easier when you had wings.

Ashen paused at D's laugh, Ashen truely didnt know of the demons titles and lore; even though she desired to know.
"catch me?...why do i not like the sound of that..." Turning her gaze to the portal, she swallowed the nerves that seemed to creep up in the throat, walking to the portal, she touched it with a finger. it was...different. looking back at D Ashen was still, very nervous. "im trusting you..." and with that, Ashen stepped into the portal.

Watching the kinto step through the portal and disappear, the warlord waiting a moment before taking about ten steps back before taking a running leap in after her. As soon as her body passed from the human plane into the void, she urged her wings to unfurl in a massive span of red. Already, here closer to her own plane, she could feel the power surge. Her armor was less of a burden, as was the glaive gripped in one of her hands.
Eyes focusing on the woman ahead of her, she shot forward with a powerful thrust of her wings. Catching Ashen by the back of her jacket, she pulled both of them towards the crack of red light a distance away. She kept her eyes focused on it, not wanting to look at the endless expanse around them. Although they were both weightless in this place, the drop of blackness below them still caused the warlord to be uneasy. The misty light above them did nothing to help the feeling.
