She helped the girl to her feet, brushed the crumbs of dirt off of her cheek, and grinned as she did so, showing all of her pearly white teeth.
Then, her face became sad; a type of sad one would see on a stage, and not the true vile feeling that Sarea felt of herself. "I heard about what happened with Lila...I'm so sorry to hear about it. But I was looking for you, wondering...well, maybe you'd like to head to the Hammer Tavern and we could discuss it? I'm sure you're in need of a little bit of comforting, and--" She interrupted her speech to remove her flute from her bag and lifted it with an excited smile, expressing the same emotion a puppy would after getting a treat. "--everyone knows that music is the best comfort of all!"
Through her giddy speech and dancing feet, Sarea felt sick to her stomach. She wanted to cry, but she kept the mask on strong. Although what she said was lined with truth, it was backed by dishonesty, and that was Sarea's true power: hiding in plain sight.

Idina's expression fell. It was beginning to feel like all of Wildgard knew of the tension between her an Lila, and while this wouldn't be too surprising given the volume of some of their arguments, it still felt weird. She drew in on herself, holding her elbows in each hand and putting her knees together. The topic was touchy, even though it was already a few weeks old, and even with that, she had hoped to be able to tell Sarea about it herself.
She sighed contentedly, however, at the elf's enthusisdtic suggestion of going to the tavern with her. "Alright," she said with a grin. "I had been meaning to get advice from you about it, actually. A chat will be good."
The girl dropped one arm back to her side, but she raised the other at her friend, jaw set and mouth in a straight line as though ready to accuse her of something. "But you must swear to me that you will cover my bill!" After a moment, her serious face wavered too much to let it be worth keeping, and she chuckled and patted Sarea's shoulder instead; she of all people would know that Idina only extremely rarely drank anything with alcohol in it.
