"Well, I'm only 18% what I once was." Stel admitted. "But it comes with a lot of perks, for example," he threw a glass in the air, then, out of a compartment in his arm, a hoard of nanobots shot out and took the shape of a baseball bat, which he then hit the glass with, sending shards all over the bar. "Nice teeth by the way." A thought crossed Stels mind. Perhaps it would be worth while to have a permanent ally. She could definitely hold her own. "So. Rosie. Perhaps we could meet sometime in a better scenario?" He threw a chair at a man who had taken out an acid rifle.

Only 18%? She thought. If this is 18 percent what the hell is full power? Her eyes widened as she saw the nanobots swarm.
She did not know this kid. But if this was only 18% then it did not matter. He was not only a valuable ally but would be a horrible enemy. It would be far more wise to be on his side. "OH ABSOLUTELY!" She agreed enthusiastically. "We must get together again. As much as i love brawls-" She was cut off by a knife thrust at her chest. Jumping back, shocked she grabbed the arm of the assailant and ripped out a hunk of flesh with her teeth. It was after all their purpose. The man screamed as she used his own dagger to make a nasty abdominal wound. "As I was saying" She continued, letting the man drop to the floor. "As much as i love brawls, they are not the best place for a conversation." "Anyways, i'm afraid you're gonna hafta take out that guy with the blaster, i'm not one for range attacks." She picked at a chunk of flesh stuck between her teeth, still holding the dagger at the ready in her other hand. "But I can keep any nearby stragglers at bay."

Wow, she just got a knife in her chest and she's still up fighting. This one really is strong. "Will do," Stel said, "and thanks." He then proceeded to run and dropkick the man with the rifle, effectively making him fly and creating a rather large hole in the wall. "Sorry 'bout that Frank," he yelled at the bar keep. Then he went back to his ally. She was still bleeding quite a bit. "Maybe," he started, "it would be a good idea to find a doctor, you're bleeding a lot and it doesn't seem to be slowing down." He pointed at her wound. "Wouldn't like my new friend to die on me."

She forced Adrenalin through her system as another baddie had tried to take advantage or her injury, She tossed him nonchalantly away with her rekindled strength, crashing a table as he hit the ground. "Eh? It's not that bad, it aint that deep. I aint gonna fall over dead anytime soon." It was bleeding though and maybe Tank was right about finding a doctor or at least finding somewhere to get patched up. "Maybe we should go somewhere... I have a place in mind." She grabbed an arm that had taken a swing at her and bent it to an unnatural angle with a sick crunch. "I'll probably come back here later to nab some stray limbs anyway."

Strong, a bit stubborn but overall fairly sensible. Stel definitely made a good decision making her an ally. Plus she was ridiculously strong for having what seemed to be almost no upgrades. "Hey Frank, I'm headin out, but I'll be back for cleanup." -"Will do" Stel heard shouted from the bar which they had moved away from. "Alright, lead the way." Then Stel had a thought. "Wait, let me patch you up a bit first." His nanobots which he had recently used as a shot put ball went into the wound and formed temporary bonds between the cut veins and arteries. "That should prevent blood loss for a while. Ok. NOW, we can go."

She was taken aback from this swarm of nanobots and kept her adrenaline up just in case something were to turn awry. She watched them work on the wound, knitting bits of flesh and vein it was interesting to watch. As the bots dispersed she decided to drop her adrenaline, it tore her down if she kept it up too long. "Okay, We are going back to my shop- well technically it is my husband's shop. But its mine too." She stepped through the hole in the wall, leading to an alleyway. The wound stayed closed, the bots had done well. "It's not much but it's home." She began walking to the street, a little uncomfortable stepping out of the shadows and into the dim streetlight. "Okay we take a right up here." She gestured, nodding her head to the side. "We keep going straight for a while and then make a few turns down some back lanes."

Stel followed the path his friend had told her. Half following her (as he really didn't know where he was going) and devoting as much power as he could to keeping the nanobots active. "You know," he started "you're the first person to see me as a kid since my parents. For the last seven years I've been called guinea pig, subject 024, hero, menace, monster, lizard, insane, stranger, lunatic, sad, distraught, the list goes on. But you, you called me kid from the get go, despite my appearance. Thanks."

She was a little surprised, usually youngins didn't like to be referred to as such... But this one was different. "You're welcome i guess?" She shrugged and continued walking.
"So tell me about yourself Tank, where you from whatre you doin around here?"

"I'm from a small town on the outskirts of here. There no one really liked megacorps, so we lived off ourselves as much as we could. My dad sold parts that megacorps stopped making and my mom, lets just say she needed to be enhanced to fight STDs. Life was rough, but it was manageable." Stel paused a moment, wondering weather to tell her or not. He decided he would. "I had a sister. Her name was Jovi. Due to some genetic alteration that happened because of my mom's enhancements, she had bright blue hair. And she loved it." Stel smiled. "She was the talk of the town. Studying kenisis from a young age. She was going to steel from the rich and give to the poor. We were all so proud." Then his face grew grim. "One day, she was with my dad at work. He was teaching her how to con people. It was that day Walcorps decided to make an example of them. This is what happens to those who don't play by the rules. She was seven and a day. My mom drank herself to death that night..." He paused for a good 10 seconded. "Anyways, after that I went to Darkmatter corporations. They agreed to let me test their new upgrades an keep the successful ones. Since then I've been harming those who have been looking to harm others and selling their parts for cash." There was a pause long enough to be considered awkward. "That's why I liked it when you called me kid by the way. I had to take care of myself for so long, it's nice to have someone else looking after me. So, I've told you my story. Whats yours?"

"Oh, and by the way, my real name's Stel, not Tank." It would be nice to have someone call him by his real name for once.

"Eh I don't have much of a story really." She shrugged. Born an raised in the rough part o town, dad was a drunk mom was weak. He offed her and a bunch of my sisters an I killed him for it. Ran off with a shop keep who replaced my teeth. Got an adrenaline upgrade and now we work together at our humble little business." She pointed at a flickering neon blue sign reading, Vlad's spare parts. "The humble abode." She chuckled walking across the street to the old building. "Sorry to hear about yer past their kid. Seems we all got our tragic backstories. She held the door open and beckoned for him to enter.

"Well..." That was the only word he could really use to describe the place. He wasn't sure weather to be astounded or disgusted. There were spare parts everywhere, a huge amount and variety. But there was also a jar of teeth and the odd frozen limb laying about. "This is quite the place you've got here. There's certainly many thiiiiiiii...." There was a part that caught his eye. "Is this an outmode ORK-00.512 beta genetic modulator? There's only like eight left in the world! And is that a microcorps V8 dexterity upgrade? I haven't seen one of those in years!" He began roaming the store, like a kid in a toy store, looking at all the cool and exciting parts and upgrades. This is the first time since he was ten that he really showed his age.

"Sorry about what?" Stel was looking what seemed to be an old computer with what looked like an apple with a bite out of it. "Where do you get most of this stuff anyways?"

"Bought some, stole some, pulled some out of gutters and fixed em up." "Some have been used as payment. Guy needs a new liver immediately? Gotta give us an item for collateral or for payment." She started cleaning up some of the mess on the table with a rag. Her husband should have gotten this in better shape but he was probably asleep at that point.
